  1. Name: Anteia Arkwell
  2.
  3. Age: 5416
  4.
  5. Border: The Time of Ancients
  6.
  7. Background: '
  8.
  9. " A: The tenth Wizard was truly unnecessary. The principle of 'Reduction' is found throughout all the other schools. Hence, I propose that her existence should be denied. It would also...
  10.
  11. I: Since when is Akalkos denying the inclusion of an attractive woman? My, my, you must be REALLY convinced of this, aren't you?
  12.
  13. A: Nerias is my friend. His daughters will be at each-other's throats over this.
  14.
  15. I: Hmmm, Megara shows great promise. She'd make a great mage. More than just great, extraordinary.
  16.
  17. R: But she will not be a mage. Rivalries between sisters can get quite bitter.
  18.
  19. O: Speaking from experience, miss Rae?
  20.
  21. R: Yeah. Mine is still off to who knows where, being very enthusiastic about the apocalypse.
  22.
  23. O: Oh, right, forgot you are an alien there for a second. I swear, by our standards you are amazingly cute.
  24.
  25. S: Perhaps you need to consider that the girl's fate is not yours to decide. If reduction is a new foundation of magic, then it will be so.
  26.
  27. R: My lord...
  28.
  29. A: My lord.
  30.
  31. I: My lord. Of course.
  32.
  33. O: Hey old man! Finally decided to throw in your two cents.
  34.
  35. R: Ophis, you WILL address the great...
  36.
  37. S: There is no need for that, Rae.
  38.
  39. O: Yeah he stopped me right as I was trying to flirt with you.
  40.
  41. S: Bad technique too. Flirting is an ancient art, that requires careful knowledge of the subject. I met the girl. Spoke to her too. She has it. Not just the eyes, but the talent too. She is the tenth wizard.
  42.
  43. K: So she will be joining us then?
  44.
  45. I: Kassian... you rarely speak in these gatherings. What prompted this sudden...
  46.
  47. K: My divination has produced decisive results. Her power is indeed the most terrifying. Worthy of being called the last Wizard. She is the one that brings the end. But as long as our lord is still alive, her power will only revert things to the beginning.
  48.
  49. S: Hmm... interesting. So I must make sure I survive until the end of days. Ah...unfortunate.
  50.
  51. K: I am afraid it is not so easy, my master. The eradication of life is an event that other events are drawn too. Something will happen to prevent that. Only a great feat, can...
  52.
  53. A: I do not doubt that the greatest wizard to have ever lived, can produce a great feat. Even against whatever fate has in store for them.
  54.
  55. S: I am afraid, Akalkos, it is not as easy. I have yet to surpass fate. But perhaps I will, when the time of this encounter comes.
  56.
  57. K: You will succeed, if at your side, you have two people who participated in this meeting, no more, no less.
  58.
  59. O: Gee, what could possibly require three Wizards?
  60.
  61. R: The monster of Ilia.
  62.
  63. A: What?!
  64.
  65. I: Errm...
  66.
  67. O: Well...that was...
  68.
  69. R: We all knew it. Why we avoided saying it is what baffles me, really.
  70.
  71. O: Old man...
  72.
  73. S: I failed to defeat it once. It is the one thing my magic couldn't incinerate in an instant. It is...heh...definitely my weak spot.
  74.
  75. K: With all due respect, discussion of this will produce nothing meaningful. I have already divined so. It is best we return to the order of this meeting.
  76.
  77. S: Ah, yes. Kassian is right. I proclaim, by my supreme authority over all wizards and magi, that Anteia Arkwell will be made the tenth Wizard.
  78.
  79. I: Hmph...
  80.
  81. A: Now I have to break this to Nerias. Man, what a drag...
  82.
  83. R: Lord Akalkos! You cannot just...
  84.
  85. O: It is not a happy event, that's for sure. We'll try to be as welcoming as we can.
  86.
  87. K: The girl will find herself very welcome nevertheless. "
  88.
  89. Abilities:
  90.
  91. The Magic of Reduction. The tenth foundation of Corian magic theory, used in the composition of derivative magic schools. The power functions simply, by observing Strings, the para-material make-up of all physical matter, and then shortening them. Or perhaps lengthening them. Reduction is the name given to it originally, yet it seems it's function is quite wide.
  92.
  93. It appears that with overly stretching or contracting certain strings, manipulation of entropy is possible. Time travel that transcends the continuum is possible, thus, in the event that one is brought to the past, the possibility of altering the future through it exists. Highly destructive. At it's greatest, it might fling someone to the very beginnings of the universe!
