Paypal only allows you to register addresses when you have a valid card to attach it to, also of the same address. My paypal account is linked to the name Thomas Mudway. If you don't believe it, i'll happily send you a lovely little screenshot of my paypal addresses page as proof of that. Would you like me to do that? Would you like me to also attach an image of my University ID, Passport, Birth certificate, credit card bill and subway card? Maybe by then you'll realize that YOU HAVE MADE A MISTAKE and need to SOLVE IT before you start looking like an ass.
