So our rookie night takes place in the spring semester usually when the average temperature is around -20F outside. It start by us kidnapping the rookies and blindfolding them and throwing them in a trunk. We bring them to their respective hazing locations (its usually 2-3 different places so each house gets like 4 kids). Once they arrive, we take thier phones/keys/wallets and lock them in a pitch black room. We split them up in 2 groups (so in this case its 2 groups of 2). The one team is given a four loko and is locked in the bathroom. They are asked to tell an upper classmen once they finish half of it. Once they finish half, the can is taken from them and then refilled to the top with everclear. They are then asked to finish that. Subsequently, the other team is doing their first challenge. We call this the long 40. We place 40s of shit beer in the oven so once they are given to the rookies they are nice and hot. They are then asked to chug these and the loser has to do an ice. Once both groups are done, they switch challenges. After they finish their second challenges, we group them all together and then begins the Hot Ham & Cheese.  We put cans of beer in the oven and they are asked to shotgun the hot beer, and then eat a plate of spray cheese. After this, they change in to swimsuits and have to sit in a bathtub full of ice in groups of 3. They are given two 40s and must finish them before they can get out. The person who isn't drinking in the group during that time (you hand off) has to yell the lyrics to row row row your boat at the top of their lungs. After this, we either make them play boom cup or beer pong with hard liqour.

After this is done, we bring them to the rookie night party (a house we throw a huge keggar at). The rookies are sent to the basement and we make them do wall sits for 30 minutes straight while finishing various drinks as a group. After this, they are free to enjoy the party. The only thing is, if they want to fill their cup from the keg, they have to hit a beer bong before being allowed to fill their cup up.
