  1. Update log:
  2. 6/12 – changed pre-tourney and pre-pre-tourney routines, made other routines more practical
  3.  
  4. During routines, make sure to remind self of the importance of each action/when to use
  5.  
  6. Do routines 3 days of the week
  7. 2 days of the week replace routine practice with shadowboxing instead
  8. the other 2 days are playing with people plus tourney
  9. Most important thing is just practicing and being consistent!!
