- 6/12 – changed pre-tourney and pre-pre-tourney routines, made other routines more practical
- During routines, make sure to remind self of the importance of each action/when to use
- Do routines 3 days of the week
- 2 days of the week replace routine practice with shadowboxing instead
- the other 2 days are playing with people plus tourney
- Most important thing is just practicing and being consistent!!

- Grounded movement - 20 min
- WD back -> action ASAP - 3 min
- Dash/run -> WD back/down - 3 min be more deliberate about how far i run/dash as well as where i start from. turn on CPU for this
