- TL;DR
- Noraus is frustrated with internal drama and lack of unity in FRT/WC.
- He’s introducing a new contribution-points system to fairly distribute:
- Sov systems
- Moon access
- Structures & tax benefits
- Other alliance rewards
- This system ignores “first come first served” — everything will be reshuffled based on contribution, and points can be traded.
- FRT will:
- Deploy fully to the front lines
- Live in Cloud Ring & Fade instead of previous staging
- Push INIT and their allies out
- Start move ops on Nov 7
- Hold allocation meetings on Nov 8
- CSM voting:
- Vote for Arrow (FRT), Kenneth (PL), Guagua on every account.
- Rental program:
- Noraus plans to remove 30–50% of current renters due to botting issues.
- EN & CN are now equal:
- No more special treatment — everyone earns their place via contribution points.
- Blacklist:
- Merged EN/CN blacklist; corps should check before recruiting.
- Noraus muted pings and will focus only on building the new system.

- [bulletin-公告栏] [NUWA] noraus:
- @Everyone — Nothing I am saying today was discussed with management first. I want to speak openly from my heart.
- The management team would normally tell me to calm down, be realistic, and be more diplomatic.
- Lately, I’ve been very discouraged. I have a strong vision — you should read this post; many of you probably haven’t, because I only posted it on Reddit:
- In short, my vision has been hit hard by reality.
- The recent war is not the reason I’m discouraged. We have many problems worse than war: major corporations infighting, alliance-corp conflicts, alliance-to-alliance conflicts.
- FRT is the core alliance of the WC coalition, and Mainland Chinese players are the core of FRT. Whether outsiders like it or not, this will remain the case for a very long time.
- Every complaint and internal struggle creates resistance.
- Previously, there was a USTZ corp in FRT that wanted to build its own alliance. They didn’t need sovereignty — they just didn’t want FRT’s “botting RMT” reputation to affect their recruitment and growth.
- Some people hinted at cultural differences. I liked that corp a lot, but I could not give in to this trend, so I asked them to leave.
- It is very hard to integrate Chinese players with others in EVE — in 2025, even harder than 2015. But I do not want to create segregation to claim we are superior or inferior.
- Back to the point: I recently set several new requirements for corp CEOs. Their responses varied; some were not enthusiastic.
- Today, I am making one major requirement public:
- This is a system for distributing the cake.
- Currently, FRTBM distributes most of our stable income — from all sources. Some corps and individuals have stolen from me, and some ambitious corps grabbed more because they think they deserve it.
- FRT ENCN main member corps and WC alliances will be evaluated.
- I will convert your contributions into points. To avoid hyperinflation, there will be a fixed amount of points created each month.
- Metrics include: fleet participation, capital fleet participation, participation ratio vs member count, and independent missions for large corps or alliance FCs — including out-of-region operations with clear goals and completion criteria.
- Freighter logistics totals, scouting intel, etc. will also count.
- Those who maintain this system will also earn points.
- War time is the best time to introduce this system; I will keep it during peace.
- Rewards: sovereignty, tax discounts, exclusive industry structures, and priority access to moons.
- So next moon auction will change. Next point-settlement cycle, many industrial structures may be forcibly reassigned.
- I will no longer protect “first come first serve.” Every system’s index will be sold based on contribution — including your existing systems. This is a full reshuffle.
- We also won’t impose punitive tax rates for low PAP companies — as long as everyone meets the minimum requirement. Everything above that becomes bonus tax rates.
- I want a public corporate ranking table.
- For member alliances, this means your systems may increase — or decrease.
- I agree not every corp should follow the same template — EVE is a sandbox. So I support free trading of points.
- For example, if PL earns a lot of points but doesn’t want systems or moon income, they can trade points to other alliances. Same logic applies internally in FRT.
- Some vested-interest groups will dislike this, but I believe it will make us much stronger and give everyone more benefits.
- One challenge: this system requires dev & maintenance resources.
- I now realize — for 10+ years I've held this coalition together with a small group’s sacrifice and a romantic dream. But we need better, rational benefit distribution to grow. We’ve ignored this too long.
- On Nov 8 EVE time 1200 and 1900, I will host two meetings explaining allocation. If there is an op at 1200, time may shift.
- To emphasize: management is seeing this at the same time as you. I gave nobody a chance to object. If you're angry, sorry. This is 1/3 of the update.
- Publishing private chat logs is taboo — even if it makes someone look like a fool. But I already carry the extreme stigma as “script RMT Chinese CEO,” so I believe honesty is needed:
- Cause: https://imgur.com/a/dWpjhWf
- Darkshine still hasn’t replied to me today. My opinion of him is now at its lowest point.
- Urgent matters: INIT’s newly anchored Keep is their mistake. But FRT will deploy all combat resources forward.
- I will pay full express delivery costs, so logistics from 4-H to new staging is free.
- FRT will live in PB/Fade, not in Vale/Tribute.
- New umbrella.
- Big corps and JUFC can come to me for missions from Update #1.
- Freelance in-game missions — usually defending our eastern space.
- War goal: create a true third power in Cloud Ring and Fade. For that, INIT and their helper alliances must leave.
- On Nov 7 EVE time 1200 & 1900, I will organize move ops. I need a few days to finalize details. This is 2/3.
- CSM Voting:
- Sorry I should have supported candidates earlier.
- CSM is a seat at the table — if you’re not at the table, you're the meal.
- Our candidates: Arrow (FRT), Kenneth (PL), Guagua.
- Arrow is good at turning 11 aggressive CSM members into a team.
- Kenneth knows null-sec industry deeply.
- Guagua understands Chinese players' pain points.
- Vote every account, via our shortlink: https://wnt2.co/csm
- Blue-rental cleanup:
- We contacted a Reddit hardliner who hunts bots in the North. He refused, saying cheating is a cultural flaw of Chinese players. Not worth arguing with such people. We found other helpers — they helped sweep the North last month.
- I want honest renters waiting outside to have a chance. Botting concentrates resources for botters and harms landlords.
- After the full report, I think I need to purge ~30-50% of renters. CCP doesn't need to thank us.
- Blacklist:
- CN-EN blacklist merged months ago, now one document with hundreds of entries. CEOs often appeal for people they think deserve a new chance. I believe people grow in different life stages — so I usually give second chances.
- Recently one EN player was pardoned. We are observing.
- Corps should self-check before alliance does. Bottom line: check blacklist before inviting.
- ENCN asymmetry:
- The “second-class citizens” label is outdated. I once gave EN more support — they had fewer people fighting more, and after CN bullied neighbors, EN got the retaliation.
- But now everyone must earn points equally. Everyone is on equal footing.
- Since war started:
- AMIYA maintained ADM.
- SARD moved their death clones to B-9 first.
- Because of me, Bloodthirst had to move staging.
- PL/SBSQ/Insidious deployed alone and got missions.
- This reward list should be longer but this is what I can share publicly.
- All should earn tokens, starting from Oct 11 when we declared war.
- Fri & Sat EVE 1200 & 1900 — first night we form fleets and assign ops; second night we discuss merit rewards and logistics.
- You can spam ping me, but I won't read it. I muted everyone. I will only focus on this work now.
