- If I am not clear, let's say a site was active from 2014 to 2017. Then the owner let it expired and google deindexed the whole website slowly over time. Then I came across it in archive.org now and want to use the same content published on that site (which is not indexed in google) on my new site. Is it fine to do that?
- It works best for PBN but for 1 money site i tried doing it and it got indexed
- Is it fine to do that?

- did you mean deindex? what is the sign?
- Someone had wrote a guide on generating content from expired domains before. It's completely usable.
- Do you have the link to that guide?
- Is it good for Adsense approval ?
- This was the first method of broken link building taught by aHrefs. The idea then was to find broken backlinks that went to expired (or moved) content and use archive.org to grab a copy of the content. Make any logical changes needed (names, internal links, content updates, etc.), post on your site and then reach out to the site w/the broken link and let them know of your "just as good" resource.
- For general content, yes that should still work. If it's not in Google's index anymore, then logically speaking, it shouldn't be at risk for a duplicate content penalty.
- Yes it works I have done it with old websites that I owned and expired, and tried doing it with websites I didn't own as well

- woohoo. this is great, gonna check it out now. Thank you for an awesome question.
- However, you may potentially run into copyright problems if you don't own the work.
- If you're trying to establish a clean brand name, I would avoid using expired content in case someone badgers you about copyright. For a money site or PBN, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
- Yes, you can use the old content in your new site but you need to do backlinks for ranking...
- Provided that it does not violate any copyrights then I don't see anything wrong using it. If unsure, use article spinners.
- Yes you can use it just run it past copyscape to be sure
