✿ BACKGROUND: well minjin, is an only child to her mother, Nam Jisoo who is fully korean and her father Joseph who is half filipino and barbarian. her parents decided to move to Korea before minjin was going to high school, because there weren't getting paid as much as they were hoping for. plus minjin's mom side of the family owns a family company, so her mother could work there. her parents then became the CEOs of the family company, while minjin was still trying to get used to the korean custom and such. throughout that time period is when she started take an interest in song composing/producing.
