Update to the last post (Suyu)

Hey guys, kk here, bringing a kind of late but I think welcome update to my last post.
First, to the people telling me to retract my Nintendo SDK statement/allegations, I won't. I have enough proof for myself that this is true, but aside of that, even though this isn't steel solid proof, Video Game Esoterica made a great video about it and apparently they have seen proof of this claim for themselves..at least as far as I understood?
Second, as for Suyu apparently "coming back" - I don't really believe in the project anymore as whatever the team does, the source code will always be radioactive as I stated. Aside of that, I do wish the new team the best, but especially with people like Bus in the question (I've talked about him and his "amazing" leadership in the previous post), the radioactivity and other factors, I don't see Suyu as a project that will make it far. Maybe a month or two at most if "big N" decides to go DMCA and/or take stuff like Discords down (not really sure if Suyu has a discord now, haven't looked into it at all to be honest). As we know, the first original Suyu discord was taken down with a court order, so it was actually Nintendo and not a copyright troll, and the fact that they got permission from court shows that they, in a nutshell, aren't fucking around. Whatever happens, all good luck to them and I hope they're successful, but I think that this project, aside of being kind of unorganized in it's current state, is simply a liability.
Third, for the witty "Great riddance, Mr. Sujano" comment - it was in no way made in order to blame Mr. Sujano for the fall of Suyu, he had no blame as he's just a journalist and did his job. The comment was ACTUALLY MEANT to kind of make a little joke about how he was actually RIGHT to be suspicious with the first videos on the subject, to keep his suspicions with time instead of blindly trusting the projects and I was taking note of them being right. So no bad feelings towards him, if anything it's the opposite, I've been a fan of him for a bit and regularly watch the videos, just that this joke I made was criminally misunderstood. (I do see you guys that did actually see the true meaning of it and tried to voice that in comment sections haha)
