Appearance:

Rose has reached her peak height at 5 foot 3. She has light brown hair with a ginger tinge, a slight amount of freckles and is prone to acne (and seems to always have blackheads) on her forehead and cheeks. There was a time when someone thought her freckles were acne and she got incredibly upset. She has blue, hazel eyes and a somewhat lost, happy expression on her face almost permanently. Because of her intensive skin care, her acne is practically always invisible except for when she either doesn’t shower/wash her face (which is never) or if she somehow gets a very bad breakout of pimples. Her mental image of her own face is significantly worse, she seems to think that any small bit of acne is visible from anyone and completely draws everyone’s attention. Her eyebrows are perfect - thanks to her hairdresser doing them, and her face is relatively slim and without sharp structure. A pair of large, roundish glasses rest upon her nose. Not for the look, but because she is in slight need of them.

As for her body - Rose’s legs are built, and her fitness and cardio meet the standards of a paramilitary organization such as the CCG. Her legs, thighs and butt are toned and sculpted, although she may have slightly given up on the training regime from there on in. The rest of her body isn’t frail, but it would come very close to forcing her to stay in the academy. I’d write about what she wears, but I don’t really know yet. It’d be comfort over attempting to frame her body in tight clothing. Most likely hoodies and loose clothing in a subconscious attempt to try and curve people away from staring at her breasts.

Rose is constantly accompanied by one (if not more) of her pets - and by constantly I mean whenever possible. She often is going somewhere related to singing or guitar practice and therefore usually has one of her guitars in it’s case with her. She’s usually found running, too. Either because one of her dogs is dragging her or because she’s late.

Personality:

Seeing as I wrote a lot, I figured I’d summarize this quickly. To give a good idea of how Rose acts and thinks. She is relatively passionate about music and singing, along with drawing and painting - although is only really good at singing, and is moderately good at guitar and quite horrible at drawing and painting (but not for lack of practice). She’s outgoing and loves attention along with giving it to other people, being slightly attached to everyone and constantly interested in how other people think (therefore asking questions and trying to meet them as much as possible). She tries to be nice for the sake of being nice, and gets upset (although will still pursue them) when people don’t like her. Rose regularly adopts animals from animal shelters, and is accompanied by a very fluffy (and social) white cat, an extremely antisocial black one, an astonishingly small shiba inu and a puppy german shepherd.

She may try and get the other Qs to adopt pets.

She is quite nice to everyone and tries to be funny. Somewhat afraid that new people won’t like her, and she often succumbs to overwhelming stress over small things. She’s not incredibly smart, although she’ll argue with people she thinks are wrong and get upset with them easily. And if they turn out to be right, she’ll continue arguing and then ignore them.

Likes: Animals, people, music - anything really (although some western pop is quite bad), her guitar, her bed, painting (or trying to do so as she isn’t the best), sports (rugby, rock climbing, she kinda likes anything with other people), winning, trying to dance but only looking like she’s on drugs, alcohol (shared in moderate quantities with other people), sleeping in, having breakfast and lunch at the same time because she woke up at 3 pm, social media, herself, people who like her, attention and people who buy her stuff. She also likes giving other people attention and being happy around people who can be in whatever mood as long as they don’t get really upset with her. And trying to get people to like her. Oh - that cat mobile game, too. Neko Atsume. Only when she has nothing else to do - which isn’t often. Being nice to people.

Dislikes: When people honestly do not like her (it doesn't affect her confidence though). When people other than her friends do the water bottle flip. Ghouls. Bad cooking. When people refuse to change their mind about stuff that she likes, which isn’t often (she can usually get them to like it). People who don’t take into consideration their actions and then get mad when things don’t go their way. The way she looks and some different things about herself, although she isn’t all too aware of that. People who *threaten* her.


Rose is a bubbly, popular and happy teen. If you really, really like bubble tea - she’s like bubble tea. Appealing, nice to have at any time, relaxing, and full of interesting bits of jelly that are different from other drinks but not too different to be like *what the fuck is this.* Good to the very last drop, and once you’re done you come back for more.

When she wakes up to go to school and rushes to wash her face, making sure that there are still no pimples and that this upcoming English project isn’t making her stress too much as to break out. Or when Rose wakes up past noon and stays in bed for two more hours getting her maid to make her breakfast and then watch the latest season of gossip girl with her - the thought of showering and washing her face less she wants to break out, and how maybe being this lazy will make her put on weight (spoilers - it never does). Then, once she finally looks more presentable (although her maid insists that she looks great regardless (which she does, for the most part), she’ll take a snapchat of herself lying in her enormous bed accompanied by an extravagant amount of brunch. At 5 pm. She enjoys talking to people, and isn’t bothered about what they think of her attempts at being friendly with them. The type of person to reply to texts asking why the other person hasn’t replied yet, in a funny way or with the use of a ridiculous amount of emojis. Rose finds herself drawn to others out of curiosity, boredom, a slight neediness, an urge to make herself happy by being interested in them and them returning that interest. It doesn’t need to be immediate, she’d be happy whenever it happened.

Rose is relatively self confident  - the sort of type where she takes a picture of herself looking absolutely gorgeous and thinks *Omg I’m so gorgeous* then proceeds to scan her face and make sure that the little bit of that new makeup she used didn’t cause a pimple, make sure that her outfit and hair look good and that she isn’t in fact gaining weight. She’s also surprisingly good at comparing herself negatively to other people she meets.

She is always eager to try new things and meet new people, and is somewhat good at pretending she doesn’t care what others think of her. ‘It’s their choice to ignore me and be unhappy.’ She insists that *people only act a certain way because of something that was done to them*.

Backstory: Her backstory is relatively simple - her mother was born from a wealthy family, and studied medicine in france. Her mother and father met in France, her mother is from Japan and her father from France. They moved to Japan and got married before having Rose. Her mother is the head of the department of surgery at (the main hospital in whichever ward she lives in *TBT*) and her father is the CEO of a hedge fund - surprisingly enough, he pays his employees more than their fair share and donates a large amount of money to various charities. And the CCG, too. Rose has an older brother, four years her senior and although their relationship wasn’t the best at the start, they’ve grown closer and her brother has been trying to help her with career choices (she has no idea what to do) - he's currently studying medicine and thinks that he might join the CCG and work as a surgeon with them. He, and her joy of helping people and finding new stuff to do are partly her reasons for becoming a Q. She wants to save lives and help people, and seeing how many humans are killed because of ghouls she opted to join the CCG and enlist for the surgery in hopes of having a positive effect and helping the organization do better.

Strengths: Rose has no particular or notable strengths.

Weaknesses: She has no particular or notable weaknesses.

Kagune Description: Her Kagune (at frame 1) would consist of one singular, light blue tail. Streaks of white and red run through it, and outline it’s vertebraeic structure. It would seem to be made out of various joints, somewhat like a spine if all joints had circular symmetry and each protrusion had a sort of half moon attached to it. Although it’s main colour is light blue, the red veins running through it and spreading out near the sharp, slim parts are quite visible - and a bright RC cell *mist* seems to emanate from the space in between the joints and from slits in between the protrusions. At the tip of the Kagune is a sharp, wide drill/spear joint.

Kagune Strengths: Good at shearing and piercing, her Kagune is very offensive. It can cut and slice with the half moon blades coming out on each side of each joint, and is slightly better at piercing than normal Rinkakus.

Kagune Weaknesses: Her (its) regeneration is subpar, and the Kagune is more susceptible to breaking, shattering and cracking under attacks. It’s structure and (relatively) low RC count makes it bad at blocking, and it is quite difficult for her to control and move accurately because of its vertebrae like structure. Also there’s only one tail.

Quinque Application Form

Name: Plume

Rating: Default Quinque starting rank.

RC Type: Koukaku.

Appearance: A pale red, slightly pink sword katana with a blank band/rod on the back/rear/user facing side. It’s a little short compared to traditional katanas (much like her).

Strengths: It’s only notable strength is its durability and ability to not break.

Weaknesses: It’s fucking heavy. Making it slow and cumbersome, so she’ll have quite a lot of difficulty initially.

Mechanics: Katana mechanics. (None other than being difficult to break).
