Skullgirls Changes I Would Make:

ENGINE CHANGES:
- You can now block from a blockable state during superflash
- There is now a system message on the initiating players side of the screen for Counter and Guard Cancel.
- Assist vulnerability on incoming increased to 3 frames from 2
- Meter gain reduced slightly across the board
- Solos gain 1.1x Meter

DOUBLE:
- LK Bomber has full invincibility
- MK Bomber Invincible from 3rd startup frame to last startup frame.
- HK Item Drop now has a 10% chance of being a giant teacup instead of a fridge

PEACOCK:
- LK, MK, and HK bombs build significantly less meter.
- Last hits of Argus Agony have been reduced slightly (Gregor won't connect from fullscreen range, but will connect from everywhere else)

FILIA:
- S.hp is now -8 on block

SQUIGLY:
- Daisy Pusher recovery slightly reduced.
- Uncharged Draugen Punch has full invincibility. Cannot be cancelled. Level 2 works the same.
- Tremolo causes hard knockdown. Uncharged cannot be cancelled into a la Liver Mortis.

FUKUA:
- J.Hk damage reduced
- Fireball Super Chip reduced to 700

PAINWHEEL:
- Flying now builds a small amount of meter
- Charged c.hp is an overhead

PARASOUL:
- Level 3 ends with a cool looking bazooka shot. Does nothing gameplay wise.
	- Egrets now fire different looking shots instead of all using the same ones like boring nerds.

CEREBELLA:
- Hard tag recovery slightly increased.
- Guitar Riff volume increases when devil horns is used more than once in a combo

BIG BAND:
- Hard tag recovery reduced
- Taunt uses a different instrument every time instead of just bagpipes
- You can now taunt in the air during the recovery of air super

VALENTINE:
- Counter Super reduced to 1 meter. Applies a lot of damage scaling.











ELIZA:
- Removed from the game. Replaced with Annie.

ANNIE:
- cannot be accessed by DDB's steam account.
