Eddy was born to a Rheinland father and a Library Space pirate mother. He was raised on board his mother’s cruiser, The Gambit. His mother wanted him to command my own cruiser one day, so she taught me how to command a ship from a young age. His father, who was a "prisoner" of his mother yet he had mostly free rein of the ship. He taught his son honor and discipline. When he was nineteen the Gambit was attacked by a Nomad heavy patrol. Needless to say the Gambit ship did not last long and was destroyed. Both my parents died during the escape. Some of the crew managed to reach a lifepod but the Nomads quickly targeted the pods. The Nomads would have killed them if not for an Order Heavy fighter that engaged the Nomads buying time for more Order ships to arrive. The life pods were picked up by an Order Cruiser, Eddy opted to stay with the Order as they seemed to be the only ones fighting the Nomads. The Order heavy fighter pilot would come to mentor me, and in time he would join the Order's second fleet. With his help and that of a Corsairs dreadnought captain I would find himself on the command bridge of Order Capital ship. Yet, as of joining the first fleet, Eddy has taken to piloting a heavy fighter when on official first fleet mission.
