  4. The Sacrifice Ends on the Equinox.
  5. If you sacrifice and reserve your spot before the equinox, when it's time to pray you’ll receive your token.


  6. When you call the pray function, a token will be minted to you and shortly after, your metadata will be revealed.
  7. Then, people will be able to begin adding content via calling the function that uploads content to the MGLTH repository. The MGLTH will start pushing content from its memory as well.

Initially it’s one channel everyone can add to based on how they have contributed.
  9. We will eventually add additional channels, and will at some point give content creators access to their own token-gated channels.

  12. Anyone can participate, it doesn’t matter how much ETH you have to contribute.

based on a ratio of total amount injected

  73. Maybe you get a time slot in between two popular pieces, maybe you get a vandal token with nearly no ETH.
  74. All tokens give you censorship resistant access without fear of it getting taken down/getting banned from the platform.

  76. WHY PWYC (PAY WHAT YOU CAN) PRICE STRUCTURE?:
  77. We need development and support money.
  78. Two extremes considered:
  79. 1. Charge a lot in the beginning from primary sale, token hits secondary and prices dump even before mint is complete people sell before the floor.
  80. 2. Free mint - have their place in the ecosystem, but team doesn’t get anything up front and has to rely on royalties.
  81. We believe this model sits nicely in the middle.
  82. 100% chance the team gets adequately compensated from the get-go. Project won’t be undercut on secondary after its released because you get out what you put in and tokens are priced identically to demand.
  83. The mint strategy is such that everyone can claim their NFT at the same time, not a trickle mint like most projects are
  84. doing.
  85. Team can see what kinda demand the project has and the price economy, lets market dictate the market cap of the project.
  86. ETH accumulated is a good metric for us, we can assess and evaluate if there's lots of interest, then yeah obviously we want to spend time, bc it's a good proof of concept
  87. What if not a lot of interest? We can decide how much time attention and energy we put in, but we're doing it anyway because we are a fast paced startup with a small, hungry team.

  96. There is a mafia that runs the internet - Google, Amazon, YouTube, Facebook and there’s not much room for smaller people to get involved in large scale streaming, photo streaming, etc. and people get banned for stupid shit like accidentally showing their tits on stream or whatever.

  107. Recommending 1080 - proper performance across many potential clients using the stream at once, and 4k video probably wouldn’t be worth it. We can’t guarantee 4K quality bc it’s a bit too resource intensive bc of the scale & sheer volume of content we are anticipating providing.

  110. MGLTH is a subset of a bigger and multifaceted vision.
  111. Scaling & expanding out via channels, and the first channel is already there, the Megalith project.
  112. Allow ppl from the community to create their own channels and start their own streams.
  113. Allow people to purchase their own NFTs to participate in viewing those livestreams.
