- It's been a while but Kyrian felt that he needed to return back to the manor. After all, he had a few words for Arigolz. But as he was on his way back. There was alot less commotion coming from the house as usual. But he didn't think to much of it as he continued on.
- As he kept on, he really didn't see any of the kids playing outside further out by the bridge. But he would surely find someone. Right?
- Now approaching the manor, there would be two figures out front. Whose images would clear up as he would get closer and closer towards them. It wouldn't be long for Kyrian to have no clue as to who they may be. Perhaps guards to prevent Kyrian from getting the chance to 'talk' to Arigolz. But then again. He didn't think that Arigolz had enough money to do such a feat. So something else had to happen instead.
- It wouldn't take long for him to start thinking of ways as to how to approach this situation. But he went with the calm and suttle approach.
- "Hello there. Have you two seen Arigolz around?" he would say in a friendly tone as he waved towards the two with a smile

- Another day..
- Taking a step outside, the hooded figure in Alterosi Leather would simply sit down on a bench, pull a small paper bag from the large carry bag that she always had on her person - inside the bag, her had would go, only to pull out what seemed to be a sandwich - yes, a sandwich, a peanut butter and jelly! Pulling back the hood, only to reveal what seemed to be a beautiful female!.. Weird right?
- As she ate, someone would take her attention from the pleasant meal which she had prepared for herself, an Ookami to be exact on the race of this creature. Putting the sandwich back in her bag, the female would stand, putting her hood back on so it wouldn't see her face. Taking a few steps forward, only for the Ookami to speak, she would pause, listen and wait a moment.
- "None that are part of the Society of Scholars go by that name, seems you are mistaken, please be on your way." the female would point towards the path which he had came, before looking back to the mansion - itself looked different, odd even. Almost as if it was a completely different building altogether..

- Magnus was on break. He didn't do much work anyway but he felt he needed a break. Being a scholar was right up his alley, spending hours at a time sitting watching his alchemical reactions and then going on breaks from too much sitting down. This was the life. He only hoped he didn't pick up any bad habits. He'd been stood in the shade of the building reading when the other figure approached.
- Of course he wasn't alone out here, a fellow scholar was on an apparently similar break, though it seemed to be their lunch break. He looked away when they took their hood off. Magnus liked to respect privacy. After all, he wouldn't like people prying at him. He watched her go to handle the situation and hung back a little. Though he eventually piped up seeing as though he had at least a little information.
- "Arigolz? Wasn't that one of the ones at the huntsmen guild? Well they don't operate here anymore. We've sort of... acquired the building." He turned his head and spoke to Rake "Still, no need to turn him away so brazenly, if he needs help we may as well lend a hand so long as it's not too much trouble." He turned back towards the Ookami. "So, you need anything from us?"

- Staring at the two beings infront of him. Kyrian didn't think to much of them. It was almost if their existance didn't mean anything to him but being another obstacle in his way. But as stood there in wait. His eyes would linger away from the two for some time as his focus was now switched towards the manor.
- It was different. In multiple ways. One couldn't possibly tell if the old mansion had ever had a place here. It had seemed that the episode 'Pimp My Mansion' had occured because the place had a total make-over. It even started to make Kyrian think that he just happened to be in the wrong neighborhood as he continued to stare at the building. Taking everything in. The walls, the pain, windows, the front door! Everything was different. It was a bit odd in a way but he knew that Arigolz's place was here only a few years back. Which means whoever did this to his manor. Had seemed to know what they were doing.
- None that are part of the Society of Scholars go by that name, . . .
- His attention snapped back towards the two. But he was mostly focused on Rake. As Kyrian thought that the two were automatically a 'He'. It would turn out that he was wrong. It was a female voice, and one sweet as honey at that. It drew his attention in and made him more focus as he would begin to take in her apperance. Which also made him realize something. He couldn't tell that she was a female before because she simply had no 'curves!'. Or maybe it was just that all that clothing and armor that she was wearing covered her shape. Which would be such a shame. . . .
- He would then be silent as he thought of something to say so he could stay here a bit longer and find out what this Society of Scholars would be. Because if there were woman with her voice all around. He wouldn't mind dying here to find out that truth.
- " U-" he would start as before the man towards his left would begin to speak. Filling him more more information than needed. He was a bit vague, but it would seem that he wasn't that naive. His smile which had faded away to a grin as he was more focused on Rake. Would transform back into a smile as he was now focused on the male, Magnus. Who had seemed to be friendly at least as he was almost immedantly rejected from the feminine voice.
- "Ahh, yes. Thank you. I took quite the journey to get here. Do you happen to have some oil and water? Im quite parched, and I don't know if oil would do much for my leg. But. . . I've been limping here for my entire journey as im just getting used to my newly acquired leg. I've even fell a couple of times here. Hehe. " he would say as he reached down with both hands and pulled up his left leg of his pants to reveal a metal leg which pulsated with his mana that was visable to the naked eye.
- He would wait a few moments before he let go of his pant's leg to have it fall back over his metal limb and then he would ask for another favor as he dawned his best smile which usual worked to his favor.
- "May we go in for a drink perhaps?"
- (Kyrian Hayes)
- ..Another dollar.
- Rake would stand for a moment, arms crossed, studying the figure that stood in front of her - has she seen this person before? For some reason he reminds Rake of someone she met in the Wychwood Forest way back when she was younger. He would speak about how he limped there and such, how long his journey was - Rake knew all to well how long of a journey it was.
- The female couldn't really be identified as female by simply looking at their figure however. The armor that the person suited was actually made for a male, hardly fitting her size and form - somehow she made it work though. Though under the armor, clothes and other assorted stuff, she was all female.. Still unable to tell though, truly it was a shame, for everyone else.
- When he asked for oil and water, she would look towards Magnus for a moment, before smirking. Why would one need oil? That was until he pulled him his pants, showing them his metallic ligament. Letting out a little sigh, the woman would turn and head inside for a moment, only to emerge with a small oil-can.
- Now it makes a bit more sense..
- Honestly the female really didn't wish to spend much time on the Ookami before her, but there was still the fact that she needed to know - was he dangerous? "Here's the oil, there's some water inside.. I would prefer if you didn't 'drink' while you are here.. I know I'm a bit harsh, but its for everyone that works here's safety... What's your name?"
- (Rake)
- Magnus watched the Ookami with interest. The mechanical leg certainly was strange though not too uncommon. Magnus had worked on a few prosthetics before. Still, they were always a pain in the ass to deal with, with his magic. But it would seem that Rake handled that case. He honestly didn't mind the Ookami staying but he could understand why his colleagues would. Some of them were working on some rather dangerous things after all.
- "If you want I can give your leg a bit of a run down while you're here. if you were having problems with it. It might need a bit of an adjustment or the hydraulics might need changing up. I'm Magnus, by the way. I'm basically the resident school nurse here. Though there haven't been too many accidents yet." He smirked a little, he was a little disappointed by that but only a little. He didn't actually wish harm on his colleagues though he would like some of the days to be less boring.
- (Magnus Brakkacia)
- As Kyrian stood there and waiting for responses, it would seem that the feminine voice would react first and head inside after took a glance at his leg. Which made him feel welcomed in a way.
- But as Rake had headed inside. Magnus had decided to talk for abit. Which made him even more confortable.
- As Kyrian would listen to Magnus speak. He would take everything in. He didn't even know most of the parts that made up his new limb. So his automatic thought was that he could become a great ally in the future, and soon after that. He would introduce himself and explain the current situation of the environment around here. But at the same time. Rake would reveal herself from within the manor. Which made his eyes focus solely on her as a sly smile would appear on his face as he took in what she had said.
- "Well, it's nice to meet you Magnus. You have a bold name if I do say so myself, and if possible. I'd love to take up your offer of checking on my leg." he would say as his smile would return into more of a friendlier one as he would soon turn his attention more towards Rake as not to be rude to ignore her.
- " Thank you for bringing it . . . . Mad'am. And I'm sorry, but I don't really 'drink' unless I trust my surroundings. So thats why I asked for water instead. Plus it gives you something to do when one is thirsty." he would say before pausing for a heartbeat or two before continuing on.
- "Don't sweat it, I understand. But that I cannot tell unless we go inside where any unlikely ears might loam overhead. If you want to hold my weapons. I wouldn't mind at all"
- (Kyrian Hayes)
- "Do you reckon he'd be alright to bring inside for a bit Rake? I'd bring him into my bit so you wouldn't have to worry about your research getting interrupted. I trust him enough, besides, if he tries to run off with anything I can melt his leg from here." To prove a point his whipped his hand round and and a greed acrid smelling spray of liquid splashed onto a nearby tree. The wood began to bubble and fizzles before falling away like ash beneath the liquid.
- "See, I'm very good with my chemical mixes." He gave a wry smile before walking up to the tree and placing his hand on it. The bark was soon restored and it seemed as if no damage was ever done to it. "Still though Rake. Your choice. I don't mind either way. I can make a little enclosure out here if it would make him over there more comfortable."
- Ah yes, he wanted a drink didn't he? Magnus reached under his cloak and pulled out an empty glass flask, it wasn't too large, about the same volume as a regular glass. He created some pure water and poured it into the flask and walked up to Kyrian, offering the flask to him. "There we are one... flask of drinking water. Good to go."
- (Magnus Brakkacia)
- Kyrian would watch Magnus as he demonstrated his skill with chemicals and the lot as he threw out what seemed to be a threat towards him. But he found it to be an empty one until he saw the tree start to sizzle at that the touch as the chemicals seeped into its skin.
- Only later would Magnus walk over towards it and heal it before coming towards him and giving him an empty flash which soon appeared to have water in it. Which Kyrian looked at cautiously before taking it from Magnus carefully and thanking him.
- "I'd like to introduce myself when we get inside, and I'm sure that the both of you would like to hear as to who I am and what I truly need." he would say in more of a serious tone, just that it wasn't as threatening as the chemicals that Magnus held.
