Krer Grimpaw: When i was working with RXG i was expected to treat lowlife hackers and micspammers with the same respect as law abiding citizens, and that irked me greatly

The people that do are welcomed back, the ones that don't just get banned into oblivion. We have many members that have been banned in the past. Had we permabanned them they would not be apart of us today which would be a shame

rxg | SwitchView: They can shrug it off if they want and they'll just get banned again. Then there are the ones that won't shrug it off, and those are the ones we want to keep. After 6 months or a year has passed they might not even remember why they were banned and just do it again anyway
Krer Grimpaw: Yes, but a year's time is enough time for those young ones to mature, since i figure most of the common problem makers that do things that would lead to the 6-12 month bans are under the age of 18
rxg | SwitchView: But by doing it that way you're not giving them a chance to learn from there mistakes. They'll see there banned for a year and move on to another server not caring. And if they are young like 13-14 it's going to take more then a year for them to mature
