  1. RPGLB was a great time. If I can manage it I'd like to go again. I'll need to find another RPG to run first though. I have a few ideas in mind but I'm looking around at options. The post marathon sadness is setting in but it's always worth the time to go to these.

  3. I wasn't sure how I was going to handle being the opening run. In the weeks leading to the marathon I wasn't feeling Superstar Saga. There were also certain tricks that I wasn't getting consistently for some reason. As soon as I turned on the game and sat on the couch though all the concerns went away. Strong couch commentary helped too. Sure my run could have been better in a few spots but I'm really happy with the run I did. Marathon runs feel laid back to me and the fact that I know they won't be perfect makes it easier to calm down and just enjoy running the game. Doesn't matter how big the stage is whether it's an online marathon, RPGLB, or GDQ.

  5. I didn't attend early GDQs but it feels like RPGLB captures that early GDQ feel with it being a smaller marathon and all. I didn't know that many people there at first but that quickly changed. I enjoyed hanging out with people, playing games, seeing the area, and other general shenanigans. I'd like to give shoutouts to people who made RPGLB awesome for me but I know I'm going to accidentally forget some people and feel bad about it. So instead I'll say thanks to everyone who I spent some time with, you all helped make RPGLB what it was for me. Hopefully I'll get a chance to see you guys at SGDQ or another event.
