Internship rejection (open to FT?) hybrid

Hey {{Candidate first name}}!

Thanks for your interest in WebFX! Your resume and accomplishments are very impressive - congrats on all your success at SCHOOL so far !

I wanted to let you know that we sometimes fill our internships with recent graduates who are trying to get a foot in the door with WebFX. So the position you applied for might end up going to a college graduate, and it doesn’t have anything to do with your credentials.

That being said, while our internships are pretty full at the moment, we have actually just opened up our interview process for full-time post-grad positions to upcoming December '22 grads like you! While your graduation is certainly still a few semesters away, we're never afraid to start the conversation early, and potentially even help you land that full-time job offer well in advance of graduation.

For easy reference, I'll include a link to our full list of openings: https://www.webfx.com/join-our-team/

Feel free to let me know if any of these positions are of interest to you, and if you'd be interested in chatting about them! We'd be happy to get the conversation started today, or even (if you're not quite prepared to be thinking so far ahead yet!) to simply put a pin in this conversation, and reconnect again in the coming months.

I'm also happy to answer any follow-up questions you might have about what to expect, or what this would entail! :)

Thank you again, and have a great day!
~ Emily
