I could get into all sorts of complaints that would make me furious just by talking about it, but one of those complaints is the god awful incessant barking from many dogs that have been let outside on the first floor. You can already tell what kind of people live here when their dogs are being neglected (and even mistreated) by their owners.\n\nFortunately, I was lucky enough to get my hands on this awesome device. The last anti barking device I had was downright inferior. Two of the modes did nothing, only one did, and it was a handheld meaning you had to get close to your subjects. \n\n",
