Missing Textures and Error Signs Fix for Garry's Mod

*****NOTE: THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOR WINDOWS ONLY!!!!! I DON'T OWN A MAC SO THEREFORE I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL IT ON A MAC! SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!*****

(MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WINRAR OR 7ZIP TO EXTRACT THE FILES!!!!!)


What to do:

Click on the link for the pack you want.
Ignore all other ads and wait a few seconds. (IMPORTANT!!! DO NOT CLICK ON ANY ADS! PLEASE JUST WAIT FOR THE TIME LIMIT)
When it is ready, click the top right button.
The link will take you to a MEGA download. Click the one that says Download through browser.
In a few seconds, a window will pop up.
To make things easy, make a new folder on your Desktop. Let's call it Gmod Textures.
Once you have named the folder, open it and save the MEGA download in there.

After the download is done, right click on the zip/rar file.
If you have WinRar, go down to "Extract files..."
If you have 7zip, go down to 7zip and mouse over to "Extract files..."

Now, this part is kind of tricky.
If you know where your gmod addons folder is, extract the files to there.
If you DON'T know where your gmod addons folder is, I'll tell you how to find it.

Go to "My PC".
Click on OS.
Go to "Program Files (x86)" or "Program Files" (Some PCs are different and will place the Steam folder in different area, but usually it will be "Program Files (x86)" )
Scroll down to "Steam"
Scroll down to "steamapps"
Go to "common"
Go to "Garry's Mod"
Go to "garrysmod"
Go to the first folder you see, which should be "addons"
and there you extract the files.


NOTE! DO NOT LET WINRAR/7ZIP MAKE A FOLDER WITH THE CONTENT FILES! YOU HAVE TO EXTRACT THE FILES INTO THE ADDONS FOLDER!


If you did everything correctly, you should have less lag and little to no texture errors and no error signs.
