  4. Hey, so I'd like to go over some things about tonight real quick. I understand that this is your first night raiding in quite a while and it's going to take some getting into the swing of things again. However, there are a couple of things I'd like to suggest to make things smoother for our healing team as a whole. First, I understand it's a habit and that it's not going to happen overnight, but your light of the martyr usage is much higher than it should be. It's useful when an instant heal is needed to save a life and they will die before you can get a cast off, however, in all other aspects it's not as good of a spell choice as either holy light or flash of light. I did some math to give a percent of spell powered healed per GCD comparing the 3 spells to illustrate the difference:
  5.
  6.
  7.
  8. ```135% * 1/2 = 67.5% SP in effective healing per GCD for light of the martyr
  9.
  10. (150% + 42% + 42%) * 3/5 = 140% SP in effective healing per GCD for unbuffed holy light
  11.
  12. 150% + 42% + 42% = 234% SP in effective healing per GCD for infusion holy light
  13.
  14. 134% + 37.5% + 37.5% = 209% SP in effective healing per GCD for unbuffed flash of light
  15.
  16. (134% * 1.4) + 52.5% +52.5% = 292.6% SP in effective healing per GCD for infusion flash of light```

  19. Secondly, your direct healing to beacon targets is higher than would be expected on several fights. This most likely spans from the trust issues of healers that you mentioned in your app. This is something else that is habit and will not change immediately, but when you're able to take full advantage of your beacon healing and trust other healers to keep efficient heals on the tanks, we as a group are able to keep the entire raid alive much more efficiently.
