CASE 30914 SECOND OFFENCE.

However, he did it again and maybe worst. Therefore, the account and the referrals with the same IP will be sutdied.

First missions was already deducted in the previous case. The problem is that there were only 2 multiaccounts. Therefore, only 1 got banned as 2 accounts with the same IP is legal but not 3.  31043 Didnt get a ban.  Now he has 7 referrals but he didnt get the mission.

SUMMARY: It is the second time this players do this in the last 10 days. In addition, all accounts have IP conflicts and the emails are very similar. Also they are all from the same country.
