# How can you contribute to the server?
#### 1. Teamwork: So I like to help others in teamwork because I think teamwork is a useful skill to have Because when you have teamwork others can spot out things that maybe you don't see like hacks or a small detail in the build etc. Also its good for social skills and making improvements in life skills. 2. Maturity: So yes in 13 1/3 but I think I'm an ok age to be staff yet I'm still a couple of months away. but even tho that I think I'm a mature person and I have had lots of life interactions with others and skills that could help on the server. 3. Happiness/Positivity: So I'm a pretty happy guy I don't really get mad only if I get impatient yes I do get impatient but everyone does. I'm, not toxic people I believe people are nice and caring. I like to talk to people because it can help the community be a nicer place. 4. Being active: So i think being active is good because 1 reason i have had people on the staff team on zohimc apply for builder come on 1 time a month and never come back online. That can get you demoted. That is why being active is good because you can get more feedback from people in the community and just being on there to have a good time alsoI would be a good fit because I like to talk to the community help out generally a lot. And what I feel that is the most important part of being a mod on servers is just being nice to the community. So People not really like you but understand you and just have a fun time in all. Also i feel like catching hackers is a good thing yes lots of people talk about catching hackers but i still got to talk about it because if i don't cant get staff. So yes i can catch hackers easily and know all hacks may vary.
