✘ | PERSONALITY:
OFF MISSION: she's that one girl who probably hates every single person in the world (and could care less if you were in labor or dying). she hates having to follow rules and cannot tolerate being told what to do other than by her teammates. however, she is rather diligent when anything deals with cleaning.
she speaks her mind and will sass your ass if she's annoyed or not in the mood to deal with anyone's shit. if she knew she or the person was right, she would stand up to make sure the person who wronged them gets a good earful of evidence and swear words.
mirae doesn't care how old someone is and what their title is, either. she'd speak to them with informalities and treat them the same as she does her teammates. during serious and angsty moments, she'd loudly say a rude comment. it's her way of coping with the atmosphere and anxiousness she also feels. mirae is mentally strong and can take harsh criticism. she feels that if she speaks they way she can about others, they should be more than free to do the same. it's her mental way of saying: "we're even" in a way. she also has a soft side towards those in need and the elderly. she would get real pissed if anyone hurt them or degraded them.
mirae may seem obnoxious but she's actually very observational. if she gets the vibe that you're glum, she won't sass you (until you're all better). she can notice little details probably no one would care about. mirae utterly hates it when she gets interrogated before leaving the dorms. she's not a kid anymore and doesn't need anyone to always be on her case. she's independent and handles responsibilities well.
she's comfortable being alone and prefers it when no one bothers her while she's taking a nap or doing any other solitary activity.
ON MISSION: when her team is in a standoff, she is the one to always initiate the fight with a swift throw of her throwing knives. whether she has to injure or kill someone, she wouldn't really mind doing either(but she would love to kill the really stubborn ones if she can).
speed isn't her greatest skill but she makes it up with her strength. she can also endure a lot of physical strain.
knowing that her job is to clear a path and protect the others behind her, she does her best to fight the people in front of her. she's actually pretty protective of her teammates, though she can't admit it to herself.
another thing she hates is when villains give a long ass dramatic monologue about themselves and their purpose. she could care less and would probably throw a throwing knife at them to make them flinch or say something just to piss them off and make them forget where they were in their speech.


✘ | BACKGROUND: being born from a poverty stricken family, mirae's parents always wanted her and her older brother to become doctors. they both complied to that dream. however, after her brother died from a shooting in the hospital he was completing his residency in, mirae dropped out of her third year in university.
she was filled with hatred and vengeance and searched for her brother's murderer. mirae had finally found him but before she could kill him, he was captured by someone else and spies from the agency approached her. they had promised her justice for her brother and a good sum of money if she joined them. and she did.
her parents didn't believe mirae had found a job that paid as much as a doctor and went completely mad when they found out she had dropped out of uni a few days after her brother's death. the only people she ever shows respect to is her family. she had bitten back her tongue and moved out when her parents were finished lecturing her. mirae was able to prove her parents wrong when she sent them two boxes of korean beef. she doesn't use her money much either way so she gives a lot to her parents when they ask.

HIM: he honestly didn't like her. she was rude and always looked done with everyone. her way of speaking informally bothered him most.
HER: she thought he was a serious person (and probably the oldest one). he could stand his ground and had a "leader-ish" aura.

✘ | HOW DOES SHE ACT AROUND HIM:
BEGINNING: she truthfully couldn't care less if he was the queen of england or martha stewart. she treated him like anyone else she treated. mirae never tried to initiate convos with him unless she needed to.
MIDDLE: she saw him more as a realiable person now. she still speaks informally to him but listens to his orders (unlike the orders of his other teammates). she talks casually around him, asking random questions here and there.
END: mirae finally saw him as a great leader like hers and has a lot of respect for him. her way of speaking to him didn't change but she can talk comfortably around him and actually tries to initiate deep conversations with him on philosophy etc. she admires him for his hard work.

BEGINNING: did not want anything to do with her but he was still courteous. lost his patience sometimes with her sass.
MIDDLE: gets used to her personality and way of speaking. is fairly comfy around her. is friendly enough to initiate convos and hang around with her when she's alone.
END: becomes very comfy around her. likes to playfully challenge her way of thinking. listens to her opinions intently.

BEGINNING: they were like water and oil. did not have much interactions except for short convos.
MIDDLE: come to know each other. can talk casually to one another but still fights because they can't get over each other's differences.
END: learn to cope with each other. mirae lowkey learns to control her tongue. honestly, they both seem like they wouldn't care much about relationships. they'd probably just have a some/썸 relationship. not lovers but more than friends.
