The voice of Dr. Disrespect came booming from an undisclosed location on the planet.

         "Attention scrubs, newbs and wanna be badasses.  There will be a tournament to prove the girth of your pride.   This is going down later today in the desert behind the oasis.  The winner of this tournament receives the opportunity to become a the richest among you.  An entire twenty million zenni prize awaits the victor.  See you there, chumps."  The doc's voice condescendingly spoke at the end as the transmission looped once every month until the tournament had enough entries to begin.
