Combat Configuration User can modify their Equipment loadout on the fly.

Re/Construction: Arisu is able to repair any broken object or equipment or she can take raw materials and make a new item. Frequently makes Scouting Drones for her siblings.

Equipment: An Anti-Personnel Turret, A Small Anti-Quirk Bulwark on her off hand arm, two carrying Satchels (One for Configuration changes, One for Construction), a K-bar Combat Knife, medical kit filled with portable blood transfusions.
Exchangeable Equipment: Tank modes: Arisu can shift between A Scout-Class Tank Configuration to a Skirmisher Class Medium Tank Configuration. Munitions: Both forms can switch between Tranquilizer Rounds, 25 mm Anti-Personnel Rounds and Sensor Ball Shots, Footwear: Arisu has either Hoover Boots or Wheeled Footwear modes she can switch between.

Drawbacks:
Combat Configuration: User has to carry Components that can be transmuted into the desired Equipment. Once they run out of that component they cannot use that kind of Equipment again until that needed component is replenished.

Re/Construction: Other than the material components required to manufacturing or repairing items. Arisu has to use her own blood as a resource. The more complex the manufacturing or extensive the damage repairs. The more blood is required to make it function. Extreme blood loss can occur during manufacturing causing black outs.

Renfield syndrome: Due to the constant draining on her blood supply Arisu has developed a feral desire to consume blood if she has no ready supplies of blood transfusions. Eyes bleed red and her canines sharpen as her Syndrome intensifies.

Movement Enhancements: She can only use her Wheeled Configuration for so many miles before the wheels go flat and she defaults back to her hover boots mode. She cannot actually walk normally, and her Hover boots are always on.

Quirk: Combat Configuration/ Sensor-Hawkeye

Combat Configuration: User can modify his equipment loadout on the fly

Sensor-Hawkeye: His Specialty is sensing out Weaknesses in something's Composition. Building Structure, Defensive Quirks, Etc

 Equipment: A Yumi that can turn into a Daikyū form or a Hankyū Form. A Pair of Falcatas for Close range Engagements. A satchel for Configuration changes

Exchangeable Equipment: Arrows: He has a Choice of Explosive, Anti-Armor or Weighted Net. Yumi: Hankyū or Daikyū forms. Footwear: Shoes can be either Treaded or Wheeled

Drawbacks: Valentino has to carry components that can be transmuted into their desired Equipment. Once they run out of desired components they cannot use that equipment until they restock on parts.

Sensor-Hawkeye mode can only be used for a minute at a time. For every minute extra strains his eyes more. If he uses it seven minutes he becomes temporarily blind after releasing Sensor-Hawkeye. Theoretically anything over 10 minutes will cause irreparable damage and possible blindness.

Using his movement based Enhancements (Treaded or Wheeled) have a shared mileage. After a couple miles of movement his wheels or treads give out requiring him to put on a fresh change of Treads or Wheels.

Quirk: Combat Configuration/Iron Curtain

Iron Curtain: Leonie has a naturally occurring Energy field that covers her flesh making her skin impenetrable. But with the aid of her gauntlets she's can shape the Energy Field on her body around her to make a Stationary Bubble of Energy that functions as a one way mirror for
Projectiles and other solid objects. Letting her’s out while blocking external fire. She can push her barriers outwards to 10 Meters in Diameter.

Equipment: Leonie carries A 105 mm Royal Ordnance L7A3 L/52 rifled gun, a Rheinmetall 155 mm L52 Artillery Gun, A satchel for Configuration changes, a trio of Spotter drones, Shoulder mounted Detachable Blast shields, (Optional:) 2 Shoulder Mounted GAU-8/A Avenger 30MM cannons,  Built in energy projectors gauntlets, Anchoring cables and hooks

Exchangeable Equipment: Weapons (Form): A 105 mm Royal Ordnance L7A3 L/52 rifled gun or a Rheinmetall 155 mm L52 Artillery Gun, Ammo: High Explosive Shells, High Viscosity Tar Shots, High Voltage Shock Rounds.

Heavy Arms: Unlike Her younger Siblings she can use all of her Equipment besides the different kinds of Turrets. But because in comparison to the other weapons Leonie’s weapons have the largest and most powerful recoil. Meaning she has to anchor herself and use her Spotter drones as she fights as an Artillery Tank. Meanwhile in her Heavy Tank form she doesn’t need the Anchors but she cannot run and Gun like her siblings. Making the Shoulder mounted Blast shields a huge bonus for her and her siblings as they fight.

Short Circuit: As she takes hits to her personal Barrier or the Expanded Iron Curtain absorbs too much damage too quickly her body bursts in a large Arc of Energy and shutting her body down for several minutes. If she deactivates her Quirk to avoid this result it takes five minutes to cooldown and reset her absorption rate

Brother/Sister Complexes: As the Eldest Sibling Leonie is highly protective and doting on both her Siblings. To many from the Outside looking in she seems to be catering to her siblings as a Mother would a Child. Though she has some underlying (Romantic) issues with Valentino and she is constantly fighting Arisu to get her Vampirism checked out. She is prone to fly into a Berserker rage should either sibling become Injured or Incapacitated.
