- 1/2 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- Mix in a bowl:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose baking flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Once dry ingredients are mixed well, add:
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- Stir well until evenly blended.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat. There should be a little sauce left in the bottom of the bowl, hang onto it!
- Spread cauliflower onto the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes, shake twice during the process (every 5 minutes). They should cook until they just start to brown.
- Pour the cauliflower back into the sauce bowl and toss one more time to impart a little fresh, uncooked hot sauce as a top layer.
- Serve hot! Cook right before serving as they’ll become soft once cooled down.
