Being born in the 2000s and growing up and seeing technology advancing everywhere in society, I've always had a keen interest in being part of that. From watching movies to watching TV, technology is part of it all. Being exposed to all this technology and advertising throughout my youth has given me ideas in what I could do to help sell brands and products especially my own using the power of technology and social media. I want to study Digital Marketing and CGI/Animation because I believe that these courses will help me gain the knowledge to help sell products. For example, if I were to study Digital Marketing, it will allow me to learn about the different innovative ways to sell products and sell companies brands and how to learn how to influence a consumer's mind into picking the products I sell. I also want to become a content creator and knowing how to sell my personal brand will help be achieve this goal. I like looking for trends in certain age groups, especially my own. I like to build off these trends and produce something that these age groups would like to purchase or would be interested in.

If I were to study Animation or CGI, this would give me insight on how to bring my creations to life, my characters, my ideas, all being able to come alive for everyone to see. Also, CGI is huge growing trend in the recent years, as more and more movies having a higher demand for CGI and creating visual effects, for their audiences to enjoy their product more. I am a very creative person, always looking ways to expand my current knowledge, I excel at generating and coming up with ideas and I think logically bring these ideas into reality.

With social media growing, more and more companies are using it to promote their brands, I want to be able to ride this trend and help others promote theirs, especially since most companies are governed by people from older generations that don't fully understand social media. I want to take advantage of this and be able to promote their company for them. Digital Marketing is the way forward for all these older companies and industries, and I hope to part of this industry.

I feel like I am suited for these courses. In the past I have read books and articles and how people have build their own brands from nothing, by using the power of the internet. One of the most successful person to have done this is Tai Lopez, by using the social media he has been able to build his own brand. I like to read his books and studies, I also am an avid follower of all his social medias. I also was a barber for a brief time, and during that time I learnt how to approach customers, how to cater to their needs. As well as other skills, such as working with a team and working quickly and reliably and even working independently.

Also as a barber I helped make electronic advertisements to go outside the shop, it wasn't really 3D modelling but it did involve some animation, and it helped me really get a feel for what animating and modelling would feel like.

I am looking forward to being able to learn either CGI/ Animation or Digital Marketing, since I have a keen interest in both. I hope that either one will be the right step in my career and my future.
