  716. The Trainee Team is the first and lowest staff rank you can achieve once getting into the Mineplex Staff Team. If you would like you to join the Staff Team, starting off as a Trainee, you must send in a Trainee Application at: www.mineplex.com/application. The Trainee Rank is a trial staff rank, and once accepted, you have 2 months to prove whether or not you are worthy enough for the Moderator Rank. If you pass your 2 month trial, then you will be successfully promoted to Moderator; although, if you unfortunately failed your 2 month trial, then you will be forced to leave the Mineplex Staff Team, and must wait at least 2 months to reapply.

  718. The Trainee Team handles the lighter moderation In-Game, on the Forums, and/or TeamSpeak 3. Trainees are here to help out, and their primary goal is to answer your questions and ensure your stay at Mineplex is at its best.
  719. Once a Trainee has passed their 2 month trial successfully, they are promoted to next highest staff position, Moderator. Once promoted as a Moderator, you get assigned a Mod Mentor. For two weeks, your Mentor would look after you, just like your Trainee Mentor, and after those two weeks, you will be given a test, like the Trainee Test you have to take after your trial, but this test strictly regards In-Game situations. If you did good on your test, then your mentor will be laid back off of you, and will be there as someone you can ask questions to, although if your did poorly on your test, then your Mod Mentor would be more interactive if you, sort of like a Buddy System. Also, throughout your Mod journeys, your activity and performance will be tracked by Performance Monitors, if you are active and your performance is phenomenal, then you are good, although, if you are inactive most of the time and and show poor performance, then it could lead to a demotion.

  721. The Moderator Team does the heavy, bulk moderation of Mineplex.
  722. They are required to assist you when needed and ensure everything is up to par regarding the following of the rules.

  741. Being able to moderator popular streams that are streaming on Mineplex, and going In-Game with the streamer to help assist him/her from players that are blatantly trying to ruin the streamer’s stream, and moderating the game while Youtubers are on.

  750. The Staff Recruitment Team, “Recruiters”, search through Mineplex’s Trainee Applications, conducts interviews and searched Mineplex’s Servers for potential future Staff Members, singling them down to best possible candidates.
  751. The Trainee Management Team oversees the Trainee Team and helps them achieve their goals here on Mineplex. Their main talks are to organize the Trainees and improve those Trainees’ work/staff quality during their 2 month trial period.
  752. The Moderator Coordination Team’s main tasks is to train newly promoted Moderators, and to manage the performance of the General Moderator Team. The Moderator Coordination’s feedback is viewable for admins during when they review their applicants for Sr. Mod Teams. Other responsibilities are working in Sub-Groups with the Moderators.

  807. The Mineplex Customer Support Team oversees E-Mails directed at Mineplex Support Desk (www.mineplex.com/support). This Team deals with a variety of things ranging from problems with players’ ranks, upgrades, coins, merchandise, etc. (In-Game, Forums, Real Life, etc.), to dealing with PayPal issues and/or chargebacks, all the way to everyday concerns from our players’ parental figures.
  808. The Forums Team oversees the Minplex Forums (www.mineplex.com/forums) which includings dealing with locking, moving, deleting, and archiving Threads. (As well as watching over the Forum Moderators doing these tasks). They are also responsible for processing all the Ban Appeals and watches over the Reports Patrol processing reports. The goal of the Team is to keep the Forums a safe and friendly environment for all users, which involves warning and punishing rule breakers through the Forums.
  809. The Server Management Team is meant to maintain the balance held between the EUropean and the United States Servers. This Team also works on both servers to create fun Mini-Events (Check Mineplex Calendar to see what’s next!).

The main purpose of a Forum Moderator is to help moderate the forums and create a better environment for the forums in general. A phenomenal job in FM can move you up to FN.
