  1. >A silent Santa Monica night atop a simple parking garage overlooking a pier is broken suddenly by two figures materializing from thin air in a shower of neon blue particles and numbers.
  2. >One, a clam large overweight masculine shape holding the glowing light of a smart phone, an overcoat bellowing around him, the other a shaking jaw-droppingly feminine shape, shaking and frantic.
  3. >"Well good morning pretty lady. Welcome to the world of an Awakened mage."
  4. >The man turned toward the frightened weak kneed woman, the salty sea air framing his face with whips of long greasy black hair just as his goatee frames his attempt at a friendly smile.
  5. >Paying his greeting no mind the young woman collapses to her hands knees breathing heavily, her own half shaved red pixie fringe blown to cover her face.
  6. >This is quickly followed up with her vomiting up what little of her meager stomach contents she had, her newly swollen breast flesh making arm placement an awkward experience.
  7. >"Looks like you had a little too much fun tonight."
  8. >His brown-eyed gaze turns away from the woman down to the active pier where they were but moments ago, missing the dirty glare the teen shot his way before being forced to return to her dry heaves.
  9. >He watches the Men In Black and other typical quasi-government agents darting back and forth across the sea structure, trying to contain keep secret the breach in reality that happened here.
  10. >No doubt apprehending anyone they suspect of being the "reality deviant" responsible.
  11. >Grimacing at the thought the overcoat clad man can only sigh in impotent frustration before focusing on to his phone, and with a whirlwind of both thumbs rapidly types out a complex programming code sequence
  12. >A bubble of distorted air spreads out evenly from the device expanding until it completely surrounds the both of them leaving them suspended in a surreal area of wrapped perception
  13. >"Sucks if this little cloak makes you sicker but the technocrats shouldn't bother us."
