While our income from taxes is stagnant, there's other ways to make money.

I've had this idea before, but a recent article refreshed my mind on it.

1 gold = 446cc
1cc = 0.003 gold

That means that turning 1000 currency into gold yields 3 gold, which when sold yields 1338 currency. In that one transaction, you make around a 34% profit. If we commit 1 million cc, we can make 340,000 cc every other week. 10 million cc, we will profit 3.4 million cc every other week.

That's 6 million+ cc/month for Combat Orders, budgets for national projects, and so forth.

Before committing a large chunk of our resources into it, I would like to do a test run. And for that I need Congress to approve usage of a national organization and 1 million cc. The project will be run by a person appointed by the executive.

Since it's on the Monetary market, the offers will be public, and the money will be safe.
