  1. Saitoka It was time, the decisions had been made and all was quiet as Saito, Kin, his sister Deb, and a few others gathered around the council table. The doors to the room were closed and no visitors were allowed to enter, at least not for now. This sacred ceremony must be held without any disturbance. The king looked up to Salbae, proudly in fact, and greeted him with a simple bow. His charcoal hair falling over his shoulder armor as he made the movements and his crimson eyes held a faint glow that looked over the other being standing before him. Sai stood and opened his palms as he bowed a greeting to his guests then turned to bow his head to his guests. "Welcome everyone... We are gathered here today to accept Salbae as Lord Deceit. Salbae, with this title, comes great responsibility, which I am sure you are very much aware of. You have proven to me that you can handle this responsibility as well as hold your own as a leader. But now I would like to hear your thoughts on why you deserve this role. What makes you worthy of this title as a Sin, say this so the others are aware of your ability." After speaking, Sai sat in the large chair behind him and awaited Salbae to speak.-
  2. Salbae Standing proud at 5 foot and 3 inches was Salbae. Twelve inches of onyx horns curved back atop of his head. A rare sight and almost impossible not to notice on this ceremonious occasion. His soul showing it’s true self to his family; for his King, love of his life Lady Kin and friend Deb, all of whom he trusted with his life. Usually he would glamour up and seek to return to the once human complexion or a look suited to his mood. And he wasn’t damned, neither wasn’t a demon per se. No, but he was rightly seemed the common word for corrupted, in every twisted and dark arts sense of the way. Short horn-like earrings pierced each ear and they were tipped as a sign of being elven heritage indeed. An distant relative of elves, empath and to the best of his abilities, true to who he was. The nature of who he was truly was, was a practiced act passed down through many years of being educated as any high born Lord or Lady, his lips taught how to speak words others wanted to hear and would please company, his body for entertainment of those willing to pay or aid him in advancing his social status. His wore a pitch black suit as the night sky. Salbae would greet his King with a low bow, the act poured his amethyst hair bunched strands across his left eye with a no doubt smile upturned upon his darker ebony skinned lips. His King looked upon his proudly after all. The elven male had no armor, only a body that enjoyed excess, spirit that was taken from him returned to a new body and a graceful smell of heavy, thick orange bergamot. It was although he bathed in it today. Salbae inhaled as King Sai informed everyone who they were here for and why, for him to be appointed as Sin Deceit, Lord Salbae. “I chose my path, joining Kaz’Geroth grounds to seek the truth. The ground had opened up in cracks, even the bed I wished to sleep in. I ran at first, but those voices that warned me to stay away, made me sick of avoiding the one thing that seemed to desire my presence,” he would kneel, the smile fading into one of sincerity, “My role in your Kingdom began as a mere guest. From the very first day I stepped foot into Kaz’Geroth castle, I discovered a presence that compelled me to stay,” his thoughts on Kin, “Her reasons for loyalty clear to me and I have witnessed your compelling ability to lead. I devote myself to the my two Kings’ will and service as Lord Salbae. I wish to serve you as Sin Deceit, my cunningness from a young age my single survival skill and enhanced through years of wearing a mask of who people wanted me to be. I am capable of holding my ground against any who dare to out maneuver my ability to read their intentions and decide if they true or false. I am more than able to send mixed signals to the most guarded of minds, and send a message of my own to tamper with theirs to our Kingdom’s advantage or to even relay a message to a ally or my own family in desperate times of War. To all others outside the Kingdom my true intentions hidden beneathe layers of practiced manipulation. I confess to timing my presence to those that would be opportune and ensuring a good impression on them to meet my ambitions. I deserve this role for my undying loyalty to my home and family in Kaz’Geroth and my skills and ability to deceive even the most famed and admired of mind tamperers like myself. As Sin Deceit, I will defend our home from dishonorable guests, deciphering their intention as true or malicious, and no guest, living or undead, can rival my ability to know the truth. My own self, a hidden blank canvas to them and to my Kings and family in Kaz’Geroth, you will know me and who I am truly am. I am worthy of Sin Deceit as title because I lived a life of deceiving others, when it was never my choice to do so, but a necessary act to ensure the best life I could lead being born in slavery. I wish for my natural born talents in tools of manipulation of mind reading as Kaz’Geroth Kingdom’s service and be your Sin Deceit.”
  3. Saitoka Sai would nod, hearing the words of the proud Salbae, his words were strong and it brought a small smile to his lips from behind his mask but he kept his posture. Turning to his Lady Kin once she was mentioned he couldn't help but crack a smile when he gave his reasoning.Once he was finished with his speech Saito spoke loud enough for Salbae to hear, the echoes of multiple demonic entities playing throughout his voice, turning to Kin as he asked, "Do you have any questions in regards to his position as Lord Deceit?" a servant walked over and placed a scroll filled with symbols and letters of a demonic language ancient to only his and Sao's knowledge. In those words were the contract of sealing for after it was signed in blood it would be official. Sai took the scroll and opened it as he waited for preparing the scroll for signing after the oath was complete.
  4. KinVanity with a slight nudge up from seated on Nota's lap Kin looked between Salbae and Saito with a straight face, she would lean back a bit and extend an arm in the ''over the room'' motion ''Well, I have prepared this one for months and he will be on his own with this as of now. Personal relations and professional do not mix to me and I have no questions wether my fiance is suitable or not to this position.'' she said in a flat tone without cracking once from the almost dead face she didnt wear very often now a days
  5. Saitoka "Very well." Sai turned and looked down to the table, muttering a few words in his own demonic tongue, his tail flickered aimlessly behind him and then he placed his palm onto the table with enough force it nearly shook the room. The black mist that surrounded his body began to focus on solely on his right hand, and as he raised his it his fingers curled inwards as if pulling something out. A sharp 8-inch dagger began to form between his hand and the table, the process only took a few moments but once it was complete he held up the dagger for everyone to see. A special black steel dressed in various runes to the tip and the hilt decorated faintly of different sins who would also take this dagger into their hands. to his right, next to the scroll and he looked up to meet eyes with the general. He bowed his head once to motion for him to speak. "Recite the Oath."
  6. Salbae: /me From the lands of Silk and Sapphire, Salbae would rise from his kneeled position. Sharp shoulders square and undaunted. His observed upper torso was light with no burdens. There was no sign of tiredness along of his features, they were lit with an energy that chased away any dark circles that might have been beneath his eyes any other day. His lean waist teased the trail straight down to his magnetic, slender ass. He was daring in his approach always. Himself confident that he had numerous ways to prove himself again and again, the dark fabrics he wore covered his tattoo of ancient Auroran faces, one in pain and the other in delight, soft roses decorated, too, with their blunt, magnificent sight of thorns, birds that would carry those too weak; and pitchforks to symbolize his fate to meet his one true family in Hell. Colorful-all-seeing-eyes dared to glimpse any, and there it sat, right on the back of his neck and this symbolized the way he was, but for today he was simply put in a new tattoo - alive. Whether that meant speaking his mind or being confident in himself, his wiles to always challenge those obvious in great size or brawns, all of this and more, took solid form before all gathered at the council table. A slight visible orange glow, that was warm in the air -- escaped from the pores of Salbae’s body. Instead of it exploding in an uncontained rage as his usual stance in sparring, it was observed to be controlled and contained, as it safely hugged about his frame only. Once the orange glow had emerged to greet everyone, Salbae made no attempt to hide his high spirits. All 155 pounds of him was covered by that visible, dampened sunlight. It lacked its dangerous temperature of course. The display was best explained as a way of his new body acting all on his own without his consent. However, his composed face and still body offered no motion of complaint to the guests. There was no need for alarm even as Salbae was surprised --- as he knew this was the first time his ~new Asterian body~ and mind were in sync. Together, both mind and body, showed mutual understanding for the right time and place. His body’s attempt to show itself as way of greeting who they would get to know as Lord Salbae and demonstrate to everyone that he was of Sunlight nature ability. No surprises for later. Right here and ready to show all who he also was. Another layer of manipulation down for them. More layers present on the body, and it was the dark night sky suit that symbolized the Starlight under his body’s command. A shyer ability and it was dormant for now. It was the first time Salbae flicked his mauve hues to the controlled side of his sunlight. This was the first time he felt himself, as he did in his human body long before his spirit was moved into his new body. The new Asterian body had finally decided to meet the spirit that had taken residence for months. The emotions on his heart acknowledged by the Asterian body and synced to show pride and power to all. Salbae made attempt to suppress a grin, the spirit and body finally deciding he was going to now be the true owner of the body given to him and to give him all its Asterian abilities that went along with it. Salbae felt stinging on his eyes, because the body he once hated, finally made attempt to accept and acknowledge him, but he thanked all that was fated, that the warmth around him dried those tears. The Sunlight Asterian ability laughed of its own omission to be of use to Salbae in some small way, a drying of unexposed tears, before it too would subside with his showing grin. Salbae was finally at ease with who he was. Human no more and now a fully accepting corrupted body, mind and soul. At present to forever, all his expressed reactions, thoughts and feelings would be ready at a moment’s mental demand. If he made a mistake in showing his power seconds earlier, well then, he was okay with this, it was most likely inevitable and most people will fuck up anyway. Him, no exception, but perhaps just luckier, because he had one of two nature’s blessed gifts. He would dance his amethyst hues to King Sai and commit to memory all the times King Sai would smile and make motions to Kin. He possessed an innocent smile as he quickly alluded his glance to her. She claimed him in front of everyone as her fiancé and he inwardly hoped she would look his way when he did her, before his mauve hues would attach again to the Kings. That seconds-ago-one-look her way to remember her here with him at his ceremony forever. She possessed an almost dead face. Was she tired? He knew ways to release a livelier facial expression from her with a vocal tone to match. And he often would. He momentarily plotted his advances for her following the ceremony. Regardless of her possible tired state, her well-being was already well taken care between him and Nota caring for her daily. Her sitting in Nota’s lap was an obvious sign of the fact. Salbae being Asterian was to be prideful in beauty. His engaged being no other than Sin Vanity herself. Her breathes and words that stole up shared space with him was a thunder that lit a fire in him anywhere and anytime she spoke. She declared she prepared him. She prepared him to meet death on its back doorstop, crash through the window with a thrown sledgehammer and break its ugly face if it sought to greet him too early. She claimed to know him for months, but it felt like he knew her his whole life. The Red Thread of Fate present between them. It was an invisible tie to those unfamiliar. A destined flame of these two souls that were bound to meet despite partial lifetime and relationships apart. They were always meant to marry, despite each of their place, time or circumstance. Her flat tone was an almost devil reminder of himself, the way he would not let on his true emotions to just anyone. Her speaking of personal relations and professional as not mixing was meant to send a clear message that they were their own persons despite the connection. They retained their own individuality even when together. He spent no time thinking on if Lady Kin had question for whether he was suited because he already knew, she found him perfect in all ways. She always breathed life with her words and this time no exception, as his spirit wanted to share in with her each day. He would see King Sai’s tail flicker and his placed palm to the table create an impact that nearly shook the silent room. That would wake anyone falling asleep to now wake up. And if anyone was, he wouldn’t know, his whole attentions on his King standing before him now. He watched King Sai when he opened a scroll and black mist shaped around his King’s figure and went geared to his right hand. Salbae’s eyes enlarged seeing the sight of the 8-inch dagger. ~Pretty. ~ was his immediate thought, and his energies did pulse around him, so if others had ability to read energies, such as Lady Deb, they might feel it too what was on his mind. The dagger was displayed for everyone to see and Salbae would see the runes along the special black steel, from Lady Kin’s, Lady Dao’s, Lord Ruska’s, Lord Sloth and Lord Lust, each rune a symbol of the Sins he knew by face and loved. Salbae observed King Sai look way of the General and he would join the attention to Sin Wrath, a smirk sent the General’s direction, as Ruska was fearless to everyone, but to Salbae, Ruska could also be playful and caring, despite the show of wrath meant to intimidate. Salbae bowed his head in response to his King bowing his. No more than mere seconds passed after King Sai gave his command for Salbae to recite the Oath, that Salbae lifted his chin and fixed his mauve irises to King Sai. He spoke swiftly, his arms at his sides, an unbroken tone loud and firm, “I Salbae, solemnly swear to always treat my followers as they should unless they are my personal slaves. I will remain truthful and loyal to Kaz'geroth and lead the people that serve me as my Demon King bids me to. With this promise, I show that I have understood what it means to be a Lord and completed my trail for this lordship. I understand that this position is a great honor and it has been chosen to me by the Demon King and the other Lord sins so with that I will carry on my title proudly, for now, I am Deceit, A Lord of Seven Sins.” Salbae would place his burning gaze on the black steeled dagger meant to take into his hands as next part of the ceremony ritual.
  7. Saitoka: /me Sai would nod, hearing the words of the proud Salbae, his words were strong and it brought a small smile to his lips from behind his mask but he kept his posture. Turning to his Lady Kin once she was mentioned he couldn't help but crack a smile when he gave his reasoning. Once he was finished with his speech Saito spoke loud enough for Salbae to hear, the echoes of multiple demonic entities playing throughout his voice, turning to Kin as he asked, "Do you have any questions in regards to his position as Lord Deceit? What you need to do...? You understand your responsibilities are not only to serve me and my brother but to the whole kingdom. You know that your title can be challenged and that just like everyone else, what you say or do outside of the kingdom reflects on us as a whole." a servant walked over and placed a scroll filled with symbols and letters of a demonic language ancient to only his and Sao's knowledge. In those words were the contract of sealing for after it was signed in blood it would be official. Sai took the scroll and opened it as he waited for preparing the scroll for signing after the oath was complete. "Once this is done, there will be no excuse. So if you have any second thoughts, speak now or forever hold your peace."
  8. Salbae “I understand the responsibility, the risk of challenge, and my words and actions elsewhere reflect here on my home, my King. My life and abilities, are yours to command from now to eternity and even in death. I declare to always return to my home once more because nothing… Nothing would ever stop me from returning home.” A slight blush to his ebony cheeks because he knew his appearance underestimated his true power to defend and protect who and what he loved - All of Kaz’Geroth Kingdom.” He boldly asked a question as well, “How may I best serve you as my first step as Sin Deceit?” He was earnest with his compassion, care, and loyalty to his Kings and family. He was committed to his family in protecting them with what he thought was a natural gift rather than learned ability. I understand that this position is a great honor and it has been chosen to me by the Demon King and the other Lord sins so with that I will carry on my title proudly, for now, I am Deceit, A Lord of Seven Sins.” Salbae would place his burning gaze on the black steeled dagger. The oath now complete and his question posed.
  9. Saitoka Sai listened carefully to each word, his eyes glistening a soft glow as he searched Salbae's aura for any signs of doubt. Of course, Salbae's aura was pure and showed only signs of strength in his loyalty to Kaz'geroth and with him referring to the Kingdom as his home he knew that he had made a good choice. "Your first step will be in aiding us in the collection the next circle, no casualties, only victory. You will be proving yourself everyday so be prepared.. This ritual, while a gruesome one it is sacred and a promise like none other. This is your acceptance and your written promise to me and my brother that you will always serve us and no other." After answering Salbaes question Saito gripped the knife for himself and sliced open his palm, letting his blacked blood flow into his palm as he cupped his hand. "With this blood oath, it is written. Upon the conquering of the next circle, the one who should rule over it all will be Salbae. Lord of Deceit." Sai took the scroll and scribbled his name on it with the blood that had painted his hand. After doing such he turned the scroll to face Salbae. "Your handprint will suffice if you do not wish to sign your name."
  10. Salbae He absorbed each word that was said to him and committed his King’s words to his memory. When King Sai explained his next step, he was all over it and then some, ready to leave here at a moment’s notice for the collection of the next circle. “I eagerly await the time we will take the next circle, until then, I will perform my duties as Sin Deceit in Kaz’Geroth.” Salbae would look to King Sao and King Sai both, to show his acknowledgement to serve only them and no other. He offered a small nod to them both when he explained it was his acceptance and written promise to cut his palm and write his name with blood. King Sai described it as gruesome but he was more than prepared to accept the knife, after seeing King Sai show the act to him, King Sai’s black blood falling from his palm, Salbae would cut his palm following with the knife, with no audible reaction, and write his name on the scroll.
  11. Saitoka with the signing complete, Sai stood from his throne and rose his hands, the dimmed glow from his eyes now casting a even brighter tone along with the words on the scroll once it was complete. Blood dripped from his opened palm and slowly but surely the skin was mending itself back together. Saito looked back down to Salbae witha proud grin then looked to his brother and others in attendance. "The inauguration is complete. Let it be known to all who my cross your path, You are Salbae of Kaz'geroth.. Lord of Deciet."
  12. QnDebShadow: -She would smile and nod to Salbae- "Congratulations, Lord Salbae."
