[2:30:31 PM] Nobody Important: So, I'm fairly sure this is obvious but I'm not on the best terms with GC.
[2:31:19 PM] Nobody Important: I'm going to withhold my reasoning but I can tell you if you want, but effectively: Dealing with GC is now more pain than it's worth. I can only really muster feelings of betrayal or a worry of when the other shoe is going to drop.
[2:31:46 PM] Nobody Important: This week, after our little spat, I sent GC a message.
[2:32:04 PM] Nobody Important: (Like, within an hour of the spat ending)
[2:32:30 PM] Nobody Important: I asked him if we could talk, since I needed to explain myself and apologize. He hasn't responded, or even read it.
[2:32:45 PM] Nobody Important: My patience is not unlimited, and he's now been ignoring me for longer than we were friends.
[2:33:33 PM] Nobody Important: I enjoy XCOMgelion, but dealing with this every week -- even having to just acknowledge his presence while he's ignoring me -- is just too painful, and if he doesn't respond to my reply by the end of game time today, I'll be taking leave of the game on suggestion from my shrink, friends, family, and other people I've consulted.
