Description: Dejesus and her boyfriend Simpson hired James, a taxi driver, to drive them to Hanover County. Upon arriving at their destination, they had no money to pay, so they stabbed James instead. Then, despite his pleas for them to stop, set him on fire with a road flare they found in the back of the taxi.
