3. Description: A Pokemon that's utility mostly stems from its typing.
4.
5. Justification: Typings are a fundamental part of the game we call Pokemon. They come with resistances, immunities, and weaknesses. This concept aims to explore utility through resistances and immunities. Pokemon such as Clefable succeed thanks to their abilities and all-around solid stats: what would a Pokemon that's utility derives primarily from its typing look like?

7. This is an Actualization concept, as it aims to explore a concept already present in the metagame even further than it already has been.

16. Explanation: By utility through resistances and immunities I am talking about, for example, a Ground-type that can corrupt the momentum of Volt Switch users, or a Ghost-type Pokemon that aims to block Rapid Spin. These are very generic examples I came up with quickly but there's definitely a lot more to explore.
