  1. User: Some moth
  2. Ok, so, the character is an half-elf (moth) paladin, who's the meme/conspiracy theory guy of the group that I've told you about already
  3. and I got my player to give me the three identifying characteristics of him to make it easier as well, and they were as follows:
  4. 1. Protective
  5. 2. Chaotic
  6. 3. Suspicious (himself and of others)
  7.
  8. 「Three of Us」
  9. Appearance
  10. A figure that wears a black cloak without any legs, wearing a crown, with a face on each side of its face. Its head can twist around to cause any of the faces to be facing front, each one symbolizing the user's current ability:
  11. When the user uses Steal Pain, its face looks like a green-skinned man with various scars and instead of eyes, it has golden crosses.
  12. When the user uses Incite Chaos, its face appears completely black, with a single glowing pink heart made out of rubies visible in the center of its face.
  13. When the user uses Create Conspiracy, its face mimics the user, though it usually appears grinning with human teeth that are too large for the user's face to properly fit, stretching its face.
  14.
  15. Stand Statistics
  16. Destructive Power: D
  17. Speed: B
  18. Range: C (Roughly about 30 feet from the user)
  19. Durability: C
  20. Precision: A
  21. Development Potential: C
  22.
  23. Abilities
  24. **Steal Pain:** Three of Us takes some of the pain from either the user or another creature within range, lowering the damage of the wound, and storing it.
  25. **Incite Chaos:** Three of Us causes a single creature to perceive all those around it as enemies, attacking the closest thing it can see, unless it has sufficient willpower to resist its effects.
  26. **Create Conspiracy:** Three of Us whispers a single sentence to a creature within its range. If the creature lacks sufficient willpower, then it believes the sentence as true. Otherwise, it will either assume the sentence was just an odd thought, or they might potentially assume it was magical influence from someone nearby. A single creature can only hear one of these lies in a short period of time, and any more after that will easily reveal it as fake.
  27.
  28. ---- MECHANICAL ----
  29. DCs are 8 + Proficiency bonus + Charisma modifier
  30.
  31. Regular attack is a melee weapon attack with a reach of 30 feet, 1d6+Charisma modifier psychic on a hit.
  32. Steal Pain costs 1 charge to use, is a reaction when a creature within 30 feet (including the user) takes damage from any source. That creature takes half as much damage from that source.
  33. Incite Chaos costs 2 charges to use, is an action. The user chooses one creature within 30 feet, and if it fails a Wisdom saving throw, then it sees everything around it as an enemy for 1 minute. It automatically succeeds if it's immune to being frightened. Each time the target takes damage, it can repeat the save, ending the effect on a success. While it sees everything as an enemy, it must attack the closest creature near it, and if a creature provokes opportunity attacks from it, then it must make that attack, even if it's from an ally.
  34. Create Conspiracy costs 1 charge to use, is an action. The user chooses one creature within 30 feet, and if it fails a Wisdom saving throw, then it believes one sentence the stand tells it. A creature immune to being charmed automatically succeeds, and if this feature is used on the same creature more than once per long rest, it automatically succeeds on all saving throws against uses after the first. Most creatures will not do anything about the sentence if it is incredibly contradictory to their beliefs, such as wanting to murder their loving family, or being told a devil is an angel when they can clearly see that it's an angel.
