Chapter 27-Part 1

Monday comes, and I walk into homeroom.

Tomboy-kun waves at me, as usual.

Tsundere-kun, however, has his head turned away, blushing hard.

"Is there something wrong with Miri-chan?", I say to Tomboy-kun, pointing at Tsundere-kun, who is still looking away.

"I dunno. She was acting normal until you came in.", he replies back.

I would ask Tsundere-kun directly, but would probably get a violent response.

"I hope you're ok...", I say to Tsundere-kun.

He looks at me, then sees me smiling at him.

Tsundere-kun immediately turns away again.

Not the response I was expecting.

Class begins, and throughout the course, Tsundere-kun was blushing and shaking.

The rest of the day is normal until the final bell.

After Alchemy, I exit the door, but a hand pulls me.

A heavily breathing, intensely blushing Tsundere-kun was dragging me somewhere.

I tried to pull him away, but his grip was strong.

"Please let go of my arm. I have to attend a Committee meeting today.", I tell him.

He says nothing back as he keeps walking frenzily with his rear swishing at the same pace.

He takes me to the roof.

After he lets go of my arm, still turned away, he says nothing for a few seconds.

I start to say, "So, is there somethi~", but he wasn't about to hear a word of what I had to say.

"ABABABA! I'M talking. You just listen.", he demands while cutting me off, still looking away.

"H-hai...", I respond.

Meanwhile, in the Student Council room, Prez-kun, Cringe-kun, and Shy-kun were all waiting for me.

"He's late.", Prez-kun states the obvious.

"No shi~OW!", Cringe-kun exclaims after getting bonked on the head by an agitated Prez-kun.

"I wonder what happened to him. I hope he's ok...", Shy-kun remarks.

Prez-kun clears his throat and says, "Isn't it time to water your plants?"

Shy-kun says, "It can wait until after he comes. It'll be fine.", with a sheepish grin.

Prez-kun then says, "As the president of your own club, you have responsibilities. We'll notify you when he comes. I promise. We are all worried about him...", then looks over at Cringe-kun scarfing down a cake without a care in the world.

"...even though we don't always show it.", he says.

Cringe-kun looks up in confusion with a mouthful of cake.

"D-demo!", Shy-kun starts to protest.

Prez-kun says, "You still have time, Kamamori-san. Please go."

Shy-kun bows his head and runs off to the roof.
