The biggest issue you may have is eye shape, a lot of people have issue with eye shape and monolids though, there's a learning curve. What would be easiest is a sweep of eyeliner (stila is a good brand, their click tube eyeliners come in a lot of colors and they have great lasting power) on the upper lash line, heading downwards on the eye (Puppy/kitten liner if you want to look it up) and a concentration of color on the outer edge of the lower lash line.

I'm not to certain on skin tone, so blush is going to be a trial/error process, maybe a rose color? But highlighter is easy, beige type colors work (physician's formula glow pearls highlighters in translucent pearl/beige pearl are my go tos for a more natural look)
