===This stage has too many changes depending on which World you played last, so I’ve separated each into its own version rather than having a dialogue branch every time something is different. The major difference is that whichever World you played last determines who your accompanying OG girl is during the stage, but there are additional lines between Orga and Ritsuko in World 4’s version, so I recommend that one. Sakimi: I still find it hard to believe. That they’re just data, no more than holographic objects that talk to us.

「[幻体]…データという形で、
量子サーバーの中に存在する人類。
理論上は可能」
Rinalia: [Meta-Bodies]... Humanity existing as data in a quantum server. Theoretically possible.

ユンナ
「彼…ソゴル・キョウは
それを知らずに戦っていた…。
事実を知って、相当ショックを受けたはず」
Yunna: And he...Kyo Sogoru, was fighting without knowing that... The truth must have come as a shock to him.

メグ
「そうね、信じていたモノが全て虚構だなんて…
もし同じ立場だって考えたら、ぞっとするわ」
Meg: Yeah, it’s just...horrible to suddenly realize everything you believed in was a lie. That’s what I’d be feeling in his shoes.

「別の世界に来ちゃうっていうのも、

Maiko: It was a big shock to me just finding out we came to a different world...

Yunna: I wouldn’t be shocked if we never find a way back to our world.

「元の世界につながるゲートが、
見つかればいいんですけど…」
Sakimi: If only we could find a Gate connected to our original world...

「いま私たちが持っているゲートの手がかりは、
ディドだけど…」
Yunna: The only clue we have on those Gates is Dido, but...

「現状成果なし。
赤木博士の調査、難航」
Rinalia: No results currently. Dr. Akagi’s examination, difficult.

マイコ
「そもそも、[MART]の調査でも、
あまりディドのことはわかりませんでしたし…」
Maiko: Our examinations at [MART] never told us anything about Dido in the first place...

メグ
「私たちが跳ばされる時点ではね」
Meg: Not even up until the point we started world hopping.

リツコ
「あら、こんな所にいたのね。
ちょうど良かったわ」
Ritsuko: Oh, there you are. Perfect timing.

メグ
「赤木博士…と、ディド。
どうしたんですか?」
Meg: Dr. Akagi...and Dido. Was there something you needed?

ディド
「俺とお前たちでゲートの捜索に出てほしいらしい」
Dido: I want to go out and search for a Gate with you.

リツコ
「もちろんブライト艦長の許可は取っているわ」
Ritsuko: We’ve received Captain Bright’s permission, of course.

メグ
「あたしたち全員でですか?」
Meg: You want all of us to go?

リツコ
「いえ、行くのはディドとメグさん。
それとサキミさんよ」
Ritsuko: No, just Dido and you will be going. And Sakimi as well.

サキミ
「何故私たち3人が?」
Sakimi: Why just the three of us?

リツコ
「あなたたちがいた世界…
そしてここへ跳んでくる前の世界…」
Ritsuko: The world you three have been to before... And the world before we jumped here...

リツコ
「以前、ディドがゲートを開いた際、
このふたつのケースであなたたちは同行していた」
Ritsuko: In the past, when Dido opened the Gates, you two were always with him.

メグ
「確かに…そうですけど…」
Meg: Well...that’s true, but...

リツコ
「あくまでわずかな可能性に過ぎないけれど、
あなたたちが一緒に行動していることで、
何らかのデータが取れるかもしれないわ」
Ritsuko: There’s only a small chance, but with you all working together, we might be able to obtain some valuable data.

マイコ
「手詰まりってことですかぁ?」
Maiko: Does this mean we’re out of ideas?

リツコ
「あらゆる可能性を模索していると言ってちょうだい。
行ってくれるわね?」
Ritsuko: I’d prefer it if you considered it as being open to all possibilities. So will you go out with him?

メグ
「艦長の許可が出ているのでしたら、
問題ありません」
Meg: If the Captain’s already given his approval, then I have no complaints.

ディド
「付き合わせる形になってすまない」
Dido: Sorry to make you accompany me.

メグ
「別にいいわよ。
ゲートを探さなくちゃいけないのは、
あたしたち全員一緒なんだから」
Meg: I don’t mind. All of us need to work together to find the Gate anyways.

メグ
「さ、行きましょう」
Meg: So, shall we go?

Episode 15
Winds Across the Desolate Land


(Scene starts on the map screen of a wasteland. Didarion, Meg, and Sakimi appear.)

サキミ
「うーん、この辺りにゲートはなさそうですね」
Sakimi: Hmm, it doesn’t look like there’s a Gate nearby.

メグ
「ディド、あなたの方は?」
Meg: What about you, Dido?

ディーダリオン
「いや、何も感じない」
Didarion: No, I don’t feel anything.

メグ
「簡単に見つかるはずもない、か。
気長に構えるしかなさそうね」
Meg: It’s not gonna be that easy, huh? I guess we just have to be patient.

メグ
「そういえば、記憶の方はどう?
何か思い出したりした?」
Meg: Oh, what about your memory loss? Has that gotten any better?

ディーダリオン
「…すまない」
Didarion: ...Sorry.

メグ
「前にも言ったけど、
そんな風に謝らなくてもいいわ」
Meg: I said it before, but you don’t have to apologize like that.

メグ
「記憶の方も焦らずにいきましょう。
無理に思い出そうとして、思い出せるものでも
ないでしょうしね」
Meg: Don’t try to rush recovering from your amnesia. You’re not gonna be able to force it to come back either.

「ああ…」
Didarion: Right...

(無理に思い出すな、か…
だが、赤木リツコの調査を受けても、
何も判明しなかった…)
Didarion: (Don’t force myself, huh... But Ritsuko Akagi’s examination didn’t turn up anything...)

(この身体…ゲートの開放…
俺を襲ってくるあの謎の連中。
そして、俺自身を衝き動かす何か…)
Didarion: This body... Opening the Gates... The mysterious people that attack me... And, something that forces me to act...)

(俺はいったい、何者なんだ…)
Didarion: (Just who am I...?)

(Didarion senses something.)

「! これ…は…」
Didarion: ! This...is...

メグ
「ディド、どうしたの?」
Meg: What’s wrong, Dido?

ディーダリオン
「うまく説明はできない。
しかし…何かを感じる」
Didarion: I can’t really explain it. But...I felt something.

メグ
「何かを…? それって…」
Meg: Something...? You mean like—

サキミ
「レーダーに反応!
この識別は…機械獣と、マグマ獣!?」
Sakimi: There are readings on the radar! I’m identifying them... They’re Mechanical Beasts and Magma Beast!?

(Mechanical Beasts and Magma Beasts appear.)

メグ
「間違いないわ…!
あいつらがここにいるってことは、
ひょっとして、近くにゲートが…?」
Meg: That settles it then...! If they’re here, then that must mean there’s a Gate nearby, right...?

サキミ
「そうだとしたら、そのゲートは
私たちが跳んだ世界に繋がる…」
Sakimi: If so, then the Gate must lead to the world we leapt to...

ディーダリオン
「奴らはこちらに気付いている。
戦いになるぞ」
Didarion: They noticed us. We’re going to have to fight.

メグ
「そうね…本隊に連絡は入れておいたわ。
まずはあたしたちで迎撃に当たりましょう」
Meg: Looks like it... I’ve notified the main force. But we’ll start by intercepting the ones here.

(Battle 1 begins.)

(Battle 1 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

サキミ
「敵反応、全てなくなりました。
私たちだけでも、なんとかなりましたね」
Sakimi: All enemy readings have disappeared. I suppose we managed it all on our own.

メグ
「そうね。あとはこの近辺の探索を…」
Meg: So we did. Now all we need to do is investigate the vicinity and—

(Didarion senses something.)

ディーダリオン
「…!」
Didarion: ...!

メグ
「ディド?」
Meg: Dido?

ディーダリオン
「感じる…。
俺の中の何かが言っている…!」
Didarion: This feeling... Something inside me is saying to...!

(Didarion runs to the edge of the map and leaves.)

メグ
「ディド!?
待って、いったいどこに…!」
Meg: Dido!? Wait, where in the world are you going...!?

サキミ
「早くディドを追いかけましょう」
Sakimi: Let’s hurry and pursue Dido!

メグ
「え、ええ!」
Meg: Y-Yeah!

メグ
(ディド…あなた、どうして?)
Meg: (Dido... Why are you doing this?)


(Scene changes to a different wasteland map. Didarion appears.)


ディーダリオン
「はぁ…はぁ…俺は…」
Didarion: Haa... Haa... I...

ディーダリオン
「…!」
Didarion: ...!

(Meg and Sakimi appear.)

メグ
「ディド!」
Meg: Dido!

サキミ
「急に動くなんて、どうしたんです?」
Sakimi: Why did you suddenly act on your own?

ディーダリオン
「ふたりとも…あれを…」
Didarion: Both of you... Look...

(The camera moves up to show a Gate, surrounded by Mechanical Beasts and Magma Beasts.)

メグ
「ゲート…! まさか、本当に…?」
Meg: A Gate...! It’s really here...!?

ディーダリオン
「どうやら、そのようだ」
Didarion: Apparently, it is.

サキミ
「見てください!
機械獣やマグマ獣がいます!」
Sakimi: But look! Mechanical Beasts and Magma Beasts!

メグ
「となると、やっぱりあのゲートは
あたしたちが跳んだ世界に!?」
Meg: Then it is a Gate leading to the world we leapt to, just like we thought!

メグ
(ディド、あなたは…)
Meg: (Dido must have...)

ディーダリオン
(俺は…あのゲートに引き寄せられて、
ここへ来たのか…?)
Didarion: (Was I...drawn here? To the Gate...?)

(The Ra Cailum, Archangel, and Isaribi appear.)

弁慶
「大丈夫か、お前たち!?」
Benkei: You guys alright!?

メグ
「車少佐! ゲートが!」
Meg: Major Kuruma! There’s a Gate!

弁慶
「ああ、こちらでもすでに確認している。
周辺にいる奴らの存在も含めてな」
Benkei: Yeah, we identified it already. Same for the guys gathered ‘round it too.

豹馬
「あのゲートが俺たちの世界に
繋がってるのは間違いないんだ!
邪魔者にはどいてもらうとするか!」
Hyoma: That Gate’s gotta be connected to our world! So I guess we gotta ask them to politely get the hell outta way!

宙
「とにかくお手柄だぜ、お前ら」
Hiroshi: Excellent work, you guys.

ディーダリオン
「…喜ぶのは後だ。急いだ方がいい」
Didarion: ...You can be happy later. Right now we need to hurry.

甲児
「急げだって?そりゃ、なんでまた…」
Koji: We need to hurry? What’s the rush...?

ディーダリオン
「わからない…
だが、急がなくてはいけない気がするんだ…!」
Didarion: I don’t know... But I just feel like we need to be quick...!

メグ
(ディド…あなたは何を感じているの?)
Meg: (Dido... What are these feelings you keep having?)

ブライト
「ともかく、まずはゲートの確保だ!
各機、出撃しろ!」
Bright: At any rate, begin by securing the Gate! Launch all units!

(The player’s team deploys. Battle 2 begins.)

(Battle 2 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

「敵の掃討は完了したようですね。
ゲートの方は?」
Misato: Looks like we’ve cleared out the enemy. What do we do about the Gate?

ブライト
「もちろん調査をする。
ようやく見つけたゲートだ。
これが何かの手がかりになれば…」
Bright: Of course, we’ll investigate it. We finally discovered a Gate. If this can give us some kind of clue—

ディーダリオン
「! 駄目だ…!」
Didarion: ! Too late...!

「ディド!?」
Allelujah: Dido!?

「! みんな、あれ!」
Cham: ! Everyone, look!

(The Gate disappears.)

Devilman: What the hell...? I thought we were finally going to return...

Murrue: The Gate we came through?

「ええ。ちょうど近くにいた、
我々の仲間に確認させたところ、
ゲートはすでに消失していたそうです」
Shima: Yes. While they just happened to be in the area, a colleague of ours confirmed its appearance. However, it’s already disappeared by now.

宙
「チッ、元からあっちに引き返すつもりはなかったが…」
Hiroshi: Tch, well we didn’t want to reverse our steps, but...

ブライト
「ただこれではっきりしたな。
要因は不明だが、ゲートは消失する性質があるようだ」
Bright: Just to be clear. We are unable to determine the cause, but these Gates seem to have a tendency to disappear.

弁慶
「俺たちが存在を掴んでいるゲートのうち、
ふたつが消えちまった今、まだ開いている可能性が
あるのはあとひとつ…」
Benkei: Two of the Gates we’ve found have already vanished, but there’s one that might still be open...

ブライト
「ボアザンの兵器が通ってきたと思われる、
我々の世界へ繋がるゲートか」
Bright: The Gate to our world, where the Boazanian weapons are coming through.

シマ
「他にもゲートが存在する可能性はありますが、
手がかりがないものを数に入れない方が良いでしょう」
Shima: It’s possible that other Gates exist, but it’s best not to count the ones we have no leads on.

オルガ
「もしそのゲートまで消えちまってたとしたら、
俺たちはこの世界に取り残されるかもしれねえ…。
そんなのはゴメンだぜ」
Orga: If the Gates keep disappearing, we could end up stranded in this world... I’d prefer it if that didn’t happen.

ムウ
「そりゃ同感だ。
ただ現状、存在するということ以外は、
何も手がかりがないに等しいのがキツイな」
Mu: Couldn’t agree more. But as it stands, all we really know about them is that they exist.

シマ
「あのディドという人物は?
今回の調査で、ゲートへの感知能力らしき反応を
見せたとか」
Shima: And what of that Dido person? During this investigation, he appears to have shown a capacity for sensing Gates.

ミサト
「リツコ、あんたの分析では?」
Misato: What’s your analysis, Ritsuko?

リツコ
「判断するにはデータが少なすぎますが、
今まで彼がそれらしき反応を見せなかったことから、
そう探知範囲は広くないことが推測されます」
Ritsuko: There’s too little information to judge accurately, but given that he’s only displayed this ability now, we can assume his detection radius isn’t very wide.

ビスケット
「感知能力があることは間違いないと?」
Biscuit: Are you sure he has the ability to sense them at all?

リツコ
「レーダーとして使うには、
あまりに非効率的とだけは言っておきます」
Ritsuko: I would say it’s too inefficient to use as a radar.

リツコ
「今回彼が探知したのは、
正直運が良かっただけと言えるでしょう」
Ritsuko: In fact, I would sooner say it was just good luck that he found it this time.

「ディドの奴を頼りに
ゲートを探知できればと思ったが、
どうやら難しそうだな」
Hiroshi: I was hoping we could rely on this Dido fellow to track down the Gates, but it doesn’t look like it’ll be that simple.

「[セレブラム]の方でも、
引き続きゲートの調査は続けています。
何かあればすぐにお知らせします」
Minato: [Celebram] will continue to investigate the Gates as well. We’ll notify you as soon as we determine anything.

それと関係があるの?」
Meg: There’s still too much we don’t know... And whatever’s hidden inside him, he doesn’t know about himself... What’s the connection between all this?

Meg: Oh...

Winds Across the Desolate Land


(Scene starts on the map screen of a wasteland. Didarion, Meg, and Maiko appear.)

マイコ
「あちこち探したけど、
ここにもゲートはないみたい」
Maiko: We’ve looked all over, but it doesn’t look like there’s a Gate here.

メグ
「ディド、あなたの方は?」
Meg: What about you, Dido?

ディーダリオン
「いや、何も感じない」
Didarion: No, I don’t feel anything.

メグ
「簡単に見つかるはずもない、か。
気長に構えるしかなさそうね」
Meg: It’s not gonna be that easy, huh? I guess we just have to be patient.

メグ
「そういえば、記憶の方はどう?
何か思い出したりした?」
Meg: Oh, what about your memory loss? Has that gotten any better?

ディーダリオン
「…すまない」
Didarion: ...Sorry.

メグ
「前にも言ったけど、
そんな風に謝らなくてもいいわ」

「レーダーに反応あり!
これ…機械獣やマグマ獣って機体じゃない!?」
Maiko: The radar’s picking up readings! These are...Mechanical Beasts and Magma Beast mechs!?

「間違いないわ…!
あいつらがここにいるってことは、
ひょっとして、近くにゲートが…?」
Meg: That settles it then...! If they’re here, then that must mean there’s a Gate nearby, right...?

マイコ
「それなら、そのゲートって、
サキミが跳んだ世界に繋がってるんじゃない!?」
Maiko: Then does that mean this Gate leads to the world Sakimi leapt to!?

ディーダリオン
「奴らはこちらに気付いている。
戦いになるぞ」
Didarion: They noticed us. We’re going to have to fight.

メグ
「そうね…本隊に連絡は入れておいたわ。
まずはあたしたちで迎撃に当たりましょう」
Meg: Looks like it... I’ve notified the main force. But we’ll start by intercepting the ones here.

(Battle 1 begins.)

「今ので最後!
味方が来る前に終わっちゃった!」
Maiko: That was the last one! We wrecked ‘em before our buddies even got here!

メグ
「そうね。あとはこの近辺の探索を…」
Meg: So we did. Now all we need to do is investigate the vicinity and—

(Didarion senses something.)

Didarion: ...!

「ディド?」
Meg: Dido?

ディーダリオン
「感じる…。
俺の中の何かが言っている…!」
Didarion: This feeling... Something inside me is saying to...!

(Didarion runs to the edge of the map and leaves.)

「ディド!?
待って、いったいどこに…!」
Meg: Dido!? Wait, where in the world are you going...!?

マイコ
「ディドを追うわよ!
モタモタしてると、見失っちゃう!」
Maiko: Hunt down Dido! We’re gonna lose him if we sit on our asses!

メグ
「え、ええ!」
Meg: Y-Yeah!

メグ
(ディド…あなた、どうして?)
Meg: (Dido... Why are you doing this?)


(Scene changes to a different wasteland map. Didarion appears.)

「はぁ…はぁ…俺は…」
Didarion: Haa... Haa... I...

ディーダリオン
「…!」
Didarion: ...!

(Meg and Maiko appear.)

「ディド!」
Meg: Dido!

マイコ
「ちょっと、いきなりどっか行かないでよ!」
Maiko: Hey, don’t just run off out of nowhere!

「ふたりとも…あれを…」
Didarion: Both of you... Look...

(The camera moves up to show a Gate, surrounded by Mechanical Beasts and Magma Beasts.)

「ゲート…! まさか、本当に…?」
Meg: A Gate...! It’s really here...!?

ディーダリオン
「どうやら、そのようだ」
Didarion: Apparently, it is.

マイコ
「ゲートの周りにいるのって、
機械獣やマグマ獣じゃない!?」
Maiko: But aren’t those Mechanical Beasts and Magma Beasts around the Gate!?

メグ
「となると、やっぱりあのゲートは
サキミが跳んだ世界に!?」
Meg: Then it is a Gate leading to the world Sakimi leapt to, just like we thought!

メグ
(ディド、あなたは…)
Meg: (Dido must have...)

ディーダリオン
(俺は…あのゲートに引き寄せられて、

Meg: Major Kuruma! There’s a Gate!

「ああ、こちらでもすでに確認している。
周辺にいる奴らの存在も含めてな」
Benkei: Yeah, we identified it already. Same for the guys gathered ‘round it too.

「あのゲートが俺たちの世界に
繋がってるのは間違いないんだ!
邪魔者にはどいてもらうとするか!」
Hyoma: That Gate’s gotta be connected to our world! So I guess we gotta ask them to politely get the hell outta way!

Hiroshi: Excellent work, you guys.

Didarion: ...You can be happy later. Right now we need to hurry.

Koji: We need to hurry? What’s the rush...?

「わからない…
だが、急がなくてはいけない気がするんだ…!」
Didarion: I don’t know... But I just feel like we need to be quick...!

Meg: (Dido... What are these feelings you keep having?)

「ともかく、まずはゲートの確保だ!
各機、出撃しろ!」
Bright: At any rate, begin by securing the Gate! Launch all units!

(The player’s team deploys. Battle 2 begins.)

Misato: Looks like we’ve cleared out the enemy. What do we do about the Gate?

Bright: Just to be clear. We are unable to determine the cause, but these Gates seem to have a tendency to disappear.

ふたつが消えちまった今、まだ開いている可能性が
あるのはあとひとつ…」
Benkei: Two of the Gates we’ve found have already vanished, but there’s one that might still be open...

「ボアザンの兵器が通ってきたと思われる、
我々の世界へ繋がるゲートか」
Bright: The Gate to our world, where the Boazanian weapons are coming through.

「他にもゲートが存在する可能性はありますが、
手がかりがないものを数に入れない方が良いでしょう」
Shima: It’s possible that other Gates exist, but it’s best not to count the ones we have no leads on.

オルガ
「もしそのゲートまで消えちまってたとしたら、
俺たちはこの世界に取り残されるかもしれねえ…。
そんなのはゴメンだぜ」
Orga: If the Gates keep disappearing, we could end up stranded in this world... I’d prefer it if that didn’t happen.

ただ現状、存在するということ以外は、
何も手がかりがないに等しいのがキツイな」
Mu: Couldn’t agree more. But as it stands, all we really know about them is that they exist.
