I'm a Website-designer with thrive architect and have built a website for Bernd Ackfeld, domain: https://bernd-ackfeld.de.
He is an artist, and I wantet to present his Pictures similar as on Instagram, but with 6 or 7 small pictures in on line on the desktop-Display and sortable in categories like reports.
With the Thrive columns this design is not well realizable. The most elegant way seems to be to show a post-list. But then, when the visitor klicks on the read more button, a new page will open, and after this, he must go back to the homepage again - not very comfortabel. The better way was to open a lightbox by klicking on a button. So I have experimentated a littlebit and found that it works principally, when I integrate the buttom (with the lightbox-animation to open the small picture in full size) in the report an choose in the post-list in the edit-mode for post-content the option 'full'. Then the correct buttom appears and everything seems to work. But then the connection became very, very slow, and now I have the problem that it becomes infinitely slow - means: I cannot open the homepage any longer, neither on the normal way https://bernd-ackfeld.de, nor via the wordpress login.
What can I do to solve this problem? I think the only way to repair the bug ist via FTP. But I don't know, what I have to do there. Here are the FTP-login-Data for this account.
