This is OtakuSRL's statement to Discord CEO, spreading misinformation and trying to frame certain users within the Toontown community. Please bring your counterarguments to Jason's attention, in the case that action does get pursued (but I doubt anything will happen).

If you're reading this Steven, I highly doubt you'll open a legitimate investigation and are calling bluff; I'll see to it that you're put in place for your personal grudges and will place judgement on your cyber-terrorist crimes.

Dear Jason, my name is Steven. I have been a big supporter of Discord since it was opened having opened my Discord in July of 2017, just 3 months after Discord launched.
My girlfriend and I built our server up to 1,600+ members most of which have never used it before. We preserved an user count of about peak of 600 daily and 900 nightly.
We plugged Discord and our server with a website we bought and designed from scratch for that sole purpose. https://toontown.rocks

I designed several Discord bots from scratch using the API.
We have donated previously, and just really tried hard to get people to see how awesome Discord is. Without sounding brash we are probably some of the top "average supporters of Discord. Most of our 1,616 members were brand new to Discord and our now either leaving Discord or are wondering where to go next.
That's because today I closed my server and have stopped using Discord. For the past week I have been harassed, had my information leaked, had my real-life affected, and even received SWATting threats. I have messaged abuse@discordapp.com three times.
First time, they couldn't help me because your team does not have the ability to look through user history for "privacy reasons, I had of these terrible messages from somebody who warned me about them, but did not have IDs. I was rejected on the spot for "privacy reasons". So, you're telling me you can't look through user history (which is pretty public) for "privacy reasons" meanwhile they are leaking my entire "PRIVATE" personal information including my address, e-mail, phone number, and threatening my family. Nice. "Privacy reasons".
Second time, I send them valid message IDs, channel IDs, and user IDs as requested of more threats. They couldn't help me that time because the users deleted the messages in the long period of time they took to reply. Are you telling me in 2017 your team does not have the ability to recover/log deleted messages and that users seriously have the power to fully delete messages from your database? As a web developer myself, that's severely disappointing, and I was in disbelief. I confirmed this by looking on and finding a Discord Support member confirming this. I was sent away again and the users continued unaffected and they slowly planned together to send me SWAT threats.
Third time, I send them valid IDs of messages that are STILL NOT DELETED TO THIS DAY, and now they just don't even reply It's been over 29 hours. I'm in great danger, have the police involved, and these users are still using your platform. Freely. With no problem. One of the worst offenders is even a HypeSquad member representing your app.
Your team not only let me down as a user but has let me down as a human being. Their negligence and ability to act has cost me great amounts of safety, and real-life things. I never thought when I joined Discord that I would be leaving because I was fully allowed to be literally physically abused there. And it's not like the problem was fixed too late. It was never fixed at all.
As a Discord user and supporter for years I am disappointed I will have to be setting foot in a police station tomorrow morning before the Discord have even touched a single message. The combination of bad protocol and technological deficiencies at Discord have severely not only let me down but have put my personal safety in jeopardy and continue to do so.
