Traits:
Hundreds of years ago, oracles across Equestria prophesied the birth of a foal, a very special foal blessed by the Royal Sisters themselves that would bring the race of ponykind one step further and destroy all evil. The chosen one would be the offspring of a pegasus and a unicorn, born with powers beyond comprehension and destined to save the world.
Breadcrumb Trail was not that foal.
While his mother was a pegasus and his father a unicorn, he displayed no special powers whatsoever. He was worshiped as a messiah all throughout his childhood, his followers believing that his powers were yet nascent. It was soon found that the oracles had been wrong, and the chosen one would not be born for another hundred years. This led to his parents divorcing and him leaving home to find his own path, telling himself that if he wasn't the chosen one he could at least try to live up to the title.
Breadcrumb Trail has a remarkably forgettable appearance. His coat is grey and his eyes a dull green. He sports a permanent five o' clock shadow, and has bags under his eyes. His brown mane is kept short and tidy, despite his eternally tired appearance. He is apathetic towards others at best and outright pessimistic at worst, but despite his gloomy attitude he strives for good and follows the knight's code of chivalry (http://i.imgur.com/tblPCso.jpg). He was raised religious, and follows the teachings of Luna and Celestia faithfully. He is often hard on himself due to being brought up believing he was the chosen one, but will always help a friend in need and never backs down from a challenge.
