OoT3D Damageless Challenge

The purpose of this challenge is to complete the entire game without ever having less than full hearts. This challenge is old and used to be popular in the Japanese community I believe. They called it something like "Ultimate OoT Take Damage and Delete File Challenge" or something like that. To keep the rules consistent with this, I've adopted the same restrictions for OoT3D as well, these being:

- Never have less than full HP
- No savewarping
- Nayru's Love is Banned
- Glitchess are banned (refer to glitchless ruleset)

These rules all make the challenge more difficult in some way which is why they are included.
