  5. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue, I realize it is frustrating and I am happy to assist you in this matter. There are not technically any guidelines against doing this per se, but if you make these macros using a 3rd party software and something happens to not work properly we would not be able to support them. Since we so not support the software for these devices we wouldn't be able to help with support on them. You are more than welcome to make the macros however you like but on the off chance something does not work you would need to check the support forums for these third party devices.
