Artifact Showdown Rules and Regulations

All participants have up to 20 Character Points to spend on Abilities, Defences, and Skills. Once these points are spent, the character must comply with the limits of Power Level 5 and cannot have abilities that surpass a mundane human.

Order of choice is chosen at random, and then maintained for the remainder of the selection process.

Each player, in order, bans an artifact. No player, including the one that banned it, may choose this artifact as part of their loadout. If all players agree to it, a second round of banning may be done. A player may waive their right to ban an artifact. (Note, the Deck of Many Things can still randomly imitate a banned artifact)

In order of choice, each player then picks their first artifact. If at least half of the players agree to it, a final round of banning may now occur. Each player in turn then proceeds to pick their second, third, fourth, and fifth artifact.
