  1. Mienfoo @ Life orb
  2. Ability: Regenerator/Reckless
  3. Level: 5
  4. EVs: 236 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Spe
  5. Jolly Nature
  6. - High Jump Kick
  7. - U-turn
  8. - Knock Off
  9. - <filler>
  10.
  11. this is just a first vision of what mienfoo can run try to combo ANY of these moves :
  12. main moves: High Jump Kick or drain punch , knock off and U-turn all others fall under filler:
  13. general filler =
  14. -drain punch (if you are scarfed foo this is usefull to have both HJK and drain punch)
  15. -acrobatic (breaks foongus but is disrecomanded on LO set or reckless set lol)
  16. -fake out
  17. -feint
  18. -knock off
  19. -poisen jab
  20. -sword dance
  21. -batton pass(rare yet useable with SD)( don't use U-turn and batton pass ...)
  22. -taunt
  23. -stone edge/rock slide
  24. -substitude
  25.
  26. Main filler:
  27. feint:
  28. Now a small thing i want to add to the coverage part is that feint atm i am trying to get used to it more cause feint is one heck of an amazing moves +2 priority and hit's trough protect sadly only has 30 base but still it hit's 2-4 on about any defencive thing by example foongus: (3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4) this is simalar to most neutral bulky pokes but it's 1/3 most notable imo
  29.
  30. Taunt: only not offencive move this poke loves to use with 17 speed high attack and nice bulk it can easly stop set up before it has even started or go full offence and take a hit but... i wouldn't relly on that if i was you.
  31. taunt is a nice common move to deal with shell smashers early on, then knock off the thing and then just HJK/drain punch the final hit.
  32.
  33. Acrobatic: ''situational'' some weird noob said that , well he wrong , it's situational in a bit BUT it's more common then i would see it as situational right now it's so common actualy i barely see other things. You could make it an anti-knock off user just because of this move, it's bulk and it's ability regenerator aswell as nice speed aka this thing doesn't need covet/thief/sticky hold to help it when it already has almost every thing it needs to be a anti-knock off user, BUT what is the use of this coverage:
  34. -every fight types dies to you
  35. -foongus ha ha ha 0 Atk Mienfoo Acrobatics (110 BP) vs. 124 HP / 160+ Def Eviolite Foongus: 12-16 (48 - 64%) -- 96.5% chance to 2HKO ALSO most of the times both you and foongus would have lost there item already AKA you would just 80% hit that lil thing or
  36. KO it knowing most end up having 90 ish% after regen.
  37. -same go's for any grass type lol
  38.
  39. Stone edge/Rock slide: ehh as most don't know yet (this was made wat date is it ahh yes 12-3-2015) (Stone Edge 6.667% and it's 21-6-2015 so not yet :c ) so maby it's early to say rock is good coverage? right ? no ? WRONG it's realy nice coverage even knowing most people use fire types like bulky ponyta, larvesta(acro = flame body so enjoy having 30% to get burned) and the flying types: archen, vullaby, fletchling who all hit you rock hard
  40.
  41.
  42. common team combo's:
  43.
  44. curruntly (21-5-2015) the main top ladder set on mienfoo
  45. Hyper bulky foo (Mienfoo) @ Eviolite
  46. Ability: Regenerator
  47. Level: 5
  48. EVs: 156 HP / 196 Def / 116 SpD
  49. Careful Nature
  50. - Drain Punch
  51. - Knock Off
  52. - U-turn
  53. - Acrobatics
  54.
  55. a about as good/same version as above but this onse has a bit more speed so more moves to work with
  56. Fast-Bulky attacker (Mienfoo) @ Eviolite
  57. Ability: Regenerator
  58. Level: 5
  59. EVs: 196 Def / 36 SpD / 236 Spe
  60. Jolly Nature
  61. - Drain Punch
  62. - U-turn
  63. - Knock Off
  64. - Acrobatic/<Filler>
  65.
  66. Scarf-foo (Mienfoo) @ Choise Scarf
  67. Ability: Regenerator/Reckless
  68. Level: 5
  69. EVs: 236 Atk / 36 SpD / 236 Spe
  70. Jolly Nature
  71. - High Jump Kick
  72. - U-turn
  73. - Knock Off
  74. - Drain Punch(yes 2 Fight type attacks)/<filler>
  75.
  76. Average foo (Mienfoo) @ Eviolite
  77. Ability: Regenerator
  78. Level: 5
  79. EVs: 236 Atk / 36 SpD / 236 Spe
  80. Jolly Nature
  81. - High Jump Kick
  82. - Knock Off
  83. - U-turn
  84. - Feint/Taunt/<Filler>
  85.
  86. Don't try to step away too mutch from these set's tho the set's i mainly note to are the main things run on eatch set BUT if you want to change something there always is the 4th move who i filled with best general option but could be changed because of team support, example: taunt on Fast-Bulky Attacker foo
  87.
  88.
  89. this thing is able to hold allot of sweeps by shell smash just like his bro timburr who is the NR1 blocker of this problem
  90. mienfoo is S for these reasons : multiple set's and uses , coverage big enough to deal with the majority of things, fast/bulky , regenerator ability or reckless (lil boost yet notably enough to break walls again it's a solid +20% we are talking about here),high physical attack and fake out priority and feint as normal priority.
  91.
  92. there are also some other set's like SD foo <bit outclassed by pancham exept if it serves as a b-passer, who if so is outclassed by torchic> and substitude foo who could work yea but i wouldn't put it as a nice option tbh knowing you miss out on the now extreeeemly good being U-turn(pls also don't run fake out on that thing (any foo in general)>.>)
  93.
  94. Baton-foo (Don't use this)(Mienfoo) @ Eviolite
  95. Ability: Regenerator
  96. Level: 5
  97. EVs: 156 HP / 196 Def / 116 SpD
  98. Careful Nature
  99. - Swords Dance
  100. - Knock Off
  101. - Drain Punch
  102. - Baton Pass
  103. While this set doesn't actualy exist as being recomanded anywhere I also would say it's outclassed BUT if you want to make something like this you can or run this or combo Fast-Bulky-foo and possibely replace drain punch for High Jump Kick.
  104. I have seen few people use this set and the idea it uses to force a switch is discusting BUT it can actualy work well enough with this set(or fast bulky foo with baton/SD as moves).
