  4. __
  5.
  6.
  7. The primary observation is that *we are the universe witnessing and experiencing itself*. We are the dreamer of the dream. And the instant one dream ends another begins (or more simply we wake up - but the point is we can never "not [consciously] exist").
  8.
  9. __
  10.
  11. To obtain a new form (body) we *must* abandon this one. As it happens we *must* abandon this form at some point anyway. No experience - no dream - lasts forever. The dream ends at some point anyway.
  12.
  13. *Even if you do nothing the sands of time will ravage and destroy our temporary form.* It will do it to us just as it will do it to our enemies. One day "Jeff C" and pals will be old and feeble and sickly - if they aren't already - and provided they don't first suffer some accident/tragedy.
  14.
  15. (It can be comforting to think about that!)
  16.
  17. We are here for a limited time only. It is a fact. There is no way to avoid this. It is inevitable. Whether we perish by way of an illness or by organ failure or by whatever. Whether it happens while we are young, middle-aged or old. *We cannot avoid it*. There is no "eternal life" to be had in this form.
  18.
  19. As soon as this body/dream has perished a new dream begins - *with a new body*. The analogy to our "nocturnal/sleep dreams" is that the dream we experience is influenced by what we had been focusing on in the past.
  20.
  21. (The best course of action is to conduct ourselves as though this is true - even though it cannot be proven [no beliefs about an "afterlife" can be verified/confirmed] - and even though it may not be the case. But having said that - it is most likely the case - but that is where the true meaning of "faith" comes in.)
  22.
  23. Focus on positive things and you can expect to have positive dreams. *Focus on suffering, misery and negativity - and it should be no surprise you have nightmares*. The lie system relentlessly has us focus on misery, suffering and negativity (and dangles "hope" before us!).
  24.
  25. Someone like "Stephen Hawking" - if his situation is genuine - is likely primed for some horrible dreams because every second of his life must be torturous and one focused on frustration and powerlessness.
  26.
  27. Without assistance "Stephen Hawking" would have died long ago. The universe looks after us (it can be cruel to be kind) whereas the lie system is constantly sabotaging and corrupting us.
  28.
  29. >>> *The best thing to do is enjoy the dream until it is no longer fun and then start again*. <<<
  30.
  31. Be thankful that we have no memory or recollection (at least none that can be confirmed/verified) of any past dreams - otherwise it would be boring!
  32.
  33. (An aside: think about having done something exciting for the first time. With no memory of having done it before - it is exciting - you can potentially experience that excitement a million or billion times over. But the instant you have a memory of it - anything you have done a million times over - even if it was initially exciting - is no longer exciting. Without a connection to past dreams we must learn everything as new each time - but at least there is no tedium!)
  34.
  35. However - not many people can get behind the idea of intentionally ending this dream because the lie system has trained each person to think of "exit strategies" as being "cowardly" *and by binding us to this dream as much as possible* by way of commitments and responsibilities to family, children, friends, work, peers, etc.
  36.
  37. The lie system *traps us* into this dream *for as long as possible*. There is power in knowing we can escape at any time we want. We don't *have* to endure what is being done to us.
  38.
  39. __
  40.
  41. Certainly - none of us can remember having chosen to enter this dream. If it were a choice then we also chose to forget choosing. Whatever the case may be - now that we are in it *we are able to choose when to leave it*.
  42.
  43. When we exit the dream we are effectively "rolling the die" again (because we don't know with certainty what happens next - if anything). But typically - death of this form is perceived to be a terrible thing. The worst thing. Something to be avoided at all costs (but which cannot successfully be avoided!).
  44.
  45. The lie system desperately requires each of us to *believe* this is our ONE AND ONLY existence. It needs it.
  46.
  47. It achieves that belief through a number of means. One of the ways is through "religion" which all give us pre-existing "concepts" of an "afterlife". (Remember - the lie system takes all valid concepts and *corrupts/pollutes* them.)
  48.
  49. Religions give us ABSURD concepts to accept as being _"what happens after we die"._
  50.
  51. (As a quick aside: if we accept the universe had been around before our birth [we came from "non life"] then we are *already* experiencing what happens after we die! *There is no reason to think it won't be _more of the same!_*)
  52.
  53. The point about the religious concepts of "afterlife" is that *no intelligent person can believe it*. As with all lie system events and claims - *each remains doubtable to intelligent people*.
  54.
  55. The lie system is breeding *stupid and unobservant people* who have trained themselves to use their imagination to fill in the blanks so as to believe whatever they have been told.
  56.
  57. The point is that you're supposed to have "hope" that there is an "after life" - a "heaven" - and it is a wonderful place *but you're not REALLY supposed to believe it* (unless you're unobservant and stupid).
  58.
  59. *PROOF:* We are told that heaven is a WONDERFUL place. Certainly - it must be better than this current "hell on Earth"! *And so why aren't more people suiciding?* Why isn't everyone suiciding? If the "afterlife" is so wonderful - then who wouldn't be in a rush to get there?! (Apart from all those "insane Muslims"! haha)
  60.
  61. >>> *It is because no one REALLY believes there is an "after life"*. <<<
  62.
  63. No one REALLY believes it - and they will clutch to the excuse of "but if you force the end of this dream then you will be excluded from the afterlife" - that is their "reason" for not accelerating the inevitable!
  64.
  65. That is nonsense. *"Normal people" all believe that this is their "one and only life"*. Just as they are supposed to. "Normal people" believe that when you die you become plant/worm food (if you aren't cremated). Because each person is too stupid to realise that after they perish _they become exactly as they were *prior* to being born._
  66.
  67. __
  68.
  69. According to Lesta's understanding - each form is what is required to "exist" within a dream. *And when one dream ends another begins.* It is not "karma" - there is no "karma" (*beyond being a suggestion that affects the suggestible* it is wishful and magical thinking). It is not quite "Samsara". (We are more simply experiencing *an endless sequence of dreams* - _that as the *dream analogy* goes_ - are being influenced by what it is we focus on.
  70.
  71. We get the form that's needed for each dream. Sickness, illness, disease, tragedy etc. these are all things that *none of us want more of* (and so we can say when experiencing illness or witnessing suffering - "I don't want any more of that!") yet the lie system relentlessly tempts us to dwell on these things - and make us an inextricable PART of them.
  72.
  73. The lie system is condemning us to a literal hell.
  74.
  75. Unsurprisingly, I've lost track of what I was writing! I think in some ways - people like "Stephen Hawking" are supposed to be giving people "hope". After all "it could be worse - you could be like "Stephen Hawking" etc. It is a way to get people to accept suffering and misery. "If you are thinking about suicide then you're a coward - you don't see Stephen Hawking reaching for a blade!"
  76.
  77. __
  78.
  79. We are here in this dream for a limited and potentially unknown period of time - for X amount of time - if we disregard the option to force the next dream. Whether we are here for X +2 (and die old/suffering) or X -2 (and die young/accidentally) or X+/-0 (die when you are good and ready). _There is no avoiding it._
  80.
  81. We all experienced birth (our entrance to this dream) but don't remember it. Though most of us shall experience our exit - and for every second we are conscious we are incrementally and mindfully approaching it.
  82.
  83. *One of the first things we must do upon becoming lucid in this dream is to accept that our time here is limited and to be okay with it coming to an end.*
  84.
  85. We cannot avoid the inevitable!
  86.
  87. Whereas many people want to cling to their life and squeeze every last drop out of it. If the next dream *can be even better* than this one then isn't that a bit silly? I would suggest that the lie system has done a real number on those people!
