Origins and War

The stories of the Bible are based on the lore of Sumer and the rest of the old world, as discovered in the last few decades. The age and translations of the Bible have corrupted its accuracy. The flood was ~12,000 years ago, and the sphinx and possibly pyramids are older than that. It was a second calamity that came after what might have been a meteor strike.

Adam was not a person in Eden, but a people called the Adamu who lived in an Aeden (a "garden" cultivated by the gods).

The Elohim are most likely the Annunaki. Enlil created us, Enki gave us sentience and rebelled. They fought a war across the continent. I don't know what happened in between, but these gods mated/crossed with humans and created nephilim/demigods/giants. These giants and "demigods" (pre-adamite bloodlines with bulbous skulls) were the kings and grand priests of old, who ruled openly and secretly. The lineage of Poseidon (Enki) ruled an island within the Atlantis empire. Their empire stretched from Peru to Egypt to Mongolia. Well, Enlil(Zeus), or his heirs, struck a finishing blow and sunk their island, causing a great flood in its wake.

Which side of the world you were on determined how the stories trickled down from there. God and Satan were people. Advanced, god-like people with a mastery of genetic engineering.

This is as far as my research has taken me yet. Also there are OoPArts suggesting humanoids existing on Earth as far back as 1.5mil years ago or more.
