Section 10: The Advertising Committee

a. Upon the appointment of a new Signore and after the ratification of this amendment, an Advertising Committee must be appointed by the Signore.
b. The Advertising Committee must have a minimum of three Councillors and a maximum of five Councillors, and the Siniscalco.
c. The Advertising Committee is responsible for advertising the game on other EU4-related communities, managing session timings, holding the Ministry accountable and ensuring smooth playing of the game.
d. If there has been no session in the timeframe of two weeks, the Advertising Committee can, with a majority vote, dissolve the Ministry and call for new elections.
	i. The Siniscalco's vote does not count unless there is a tie.
