  1. When someone plants heroin/weed & collects cocaine, there is a 33% chance that an AI will spawn at a random part of the map.

  6. The civilians in the drug/gang area will be notified of the criminal informants location, and are told to go kill him.

  9. The police are sent a notification telling them to go to the criminal informant - the police can scroll on the criminal informant and hit "Get information". Doing so sends all officers a notification telling them that someone is doing ...

  16. EXAMPLE:
  17. I go to Emita Castle and plant weed, I am told a criminal informant has been spotted. The police are also sent a notification 60 seconds later. I fail to kill the criminal informant and the police officers get to it first, getting the information. The officers are all told that someone has been caught drug cultivating at Emita Castle, and that a warrant should be obtained by a Lt+ in order to execute this intelligence.

  22. Obviously, we don't want 5 criminal informants spawning if there are 5 people in a gang doing drugs at Emita castle. So only allow one criminal informant, every 60 minutes for the same gang area.

  24. If no one kills the criminal informant or get the information after 15 minutes, remove him.
