  6. again, i cannot confirm your claims. i probably do not have access to the tickets you have submitted. but we cannot control the networking from your PC to our server host. if they were unable to help via your traceroute to the IP, then there is not much else they can do to guarantee your networking gets to the server every time.
  7. I can only imagine why you've received kicks, but that's not for me to speculate.
  8. and i was merely stating that requesting a refund for a service you have not received is not the same as threatening to refund via paypal.

  11. we have asked players to use the support ticket system or even email the owner at rustafied@gmail.com, not the discord public channels.

  32. Since this is an issue with your ISP we cannot resolve your issue, as much as we'd like to, there's nothing we can do, but you have been playing on our servers since you've purchased VIP.

  35. you seem to feel it's only with our host and on the hosts end. you used the service, meaning you skipped the queue.
  36. they did'nt just say "sorry not gonna help. it's your router." then closed the ticket.

  47. i run a vpn to the work network that closes if any other vpn running.
  48. Got no alternate isp offering cabled service for the area i can switch to.

  50. Sofar ive been using 4g when its been a issue, but now the problem is worse than before and need constant 4g to play.
  51. nobody offering unlimited 4g plans exept 100+ euro ones with restrictions, so 4g will simply use too much data for constant use

  53. It works for most players to use a VPN to connect to the server (further confirming that it's not an issue with our host, but rather the 'hops' your connection is making along the networking)

  56. most others with problems has just left the server, evrybody else i play with is still on it.
  57. for host to actualy fix it rustafied needs to make a ticket with them, but when not willing to accept that there is a problem that is not exactly happening.

  65. they use miro dynamic routing and issue is only as they change off main router with traffic nulling, so they have a partialy missing config for that route.

  71. Bugs would be the nice chap not having time to explain how the internet works and kicking, when asked if able to look at it since we were 5ppl with same problem (just of ppl on our discord) on seperate ISPs and all told its our routers.
  72. That is the reply given even if multiple open ticket on the same issue in a short period :|
  73. And kinda why ive given up, since its fking frustrating knowing exactly what the problem is and zero interest in having it fixed.

  83. we do not encourage fraud or want others to do so. that is why the ticket is escalated to a separate department when it is mentioned or threatened.

  96. I am sorry if you cannot use VPN to connect. I hope you find other servers to your liking. rustafied@gmail.com and the support ticket system will still be there for further inquiries.

  98. Not a chargeback in the payment provider you uses terms, that you accept by using them.
  99. Going to visa and refunding without paypals view would be, but yeah im not expecting rustafied to argue the standpoint or follow paypals terms.
