  1. ALL TOWERS (LUL)
  2. ** a few notes about slight deviations -> collect mushrooms and apples as possible (you will almost certainly need healing items, especially if you choose not to cook any spicy peppers), you might want to grab the sledgehammer from the stasis trial
  3. **Please suggest many improvements.
  4. **Brackets [[]] indicate options/optional stuff.
  5.
  6.
  7. -any% route for Great Plateau up until the Temple of Time
  8. = also do not get rid of the woodcutter’s axe, you will need it later
  9. -get the stamina upgrade
  10. -go to King’s cutscene
  11. [[-glide from the roof of the Temple to the bokoblin camp near the Old Man’s shack
  12. -grab the shield from there
  13. -run to the Old Man’s shack]]
  14. Or
  15. [[-glide to the Old Man’s shack if you don’t feel like you’ll need another shield]]
  16. -collect 6 stamella shrooms from inside and around the exterior of the shack, and the rock outcropping nearby
  17. -get the WARM DOUBLET from the chest in the shack!
  18. =stamina food can help later, it’s mostly for safety and speed
  19. -also grab the 2 spicy peppers to cook later
  20. -also grab the pot lid for an extra shield
  21. =you seriously need to make sure you have shields for this run
  22. [[ For yet another shield, grab the shield from the bokoblin camp when going from the Plateau Tower to the Oman Au shrine earlier
  23. =taking the pitchfork from this area isn’t an awful idea, totally optional tho, it helps with stalfos]]
  24.
  25. FIRST TOWER – CENTRAL HYRULE
  26. -teleport to Oman Au shrine, grab the herbs, jump off cliff and get a horse
  27. -travel as if you were going to Hyrule Castle
  28. -don’t go to the castle obv, jump off horse on pathway near the Central tower and run to tower
  29. -can jump from platform to platform and recharge stamina each time, avoid the guardians
  30. -glide to horse
  31.
  32. SECOND TOWER – RIDGELANDS
  33. -2 options here (badly timed): = follow pathway over Carok Bridge, through Breach of Demise, then turn horse after Breach of Demise and go up the hill (with Ludfo’s Bog to the west) to the tower (3:15)
  34. OR
  35. = follow path until directly south of Mount Gustaf, go across land bridge west of Gustaf (spikes, Moblins with fire arrows) on foot, climb up to West Hyrule Plains, tame a horse, then go up hill to tower like the other strat (not timed yet because guardians are super annoying and I hate catching horses while Link is naked, too hard OpieOP)
  36. -once at Ridgeland Tower base, park horse at the south-west part of the lake
  37. -----This tower is HARD. It might take a couple of tries to get this, and climbing up you will have to push your stamina to the limit to avoid death. You should probably save before you go across the lake
  38. -create 3 ice pillars with cryonis in the lake
  39. -jump across pillars
  40. -either jump off 3rd pillar and swim (risky), or make another 1-2 pillars and quickly jump (easier)
  41. =recommend spamming the glider button after you jump, otherwise you go into the STUPID dive animation and lose a lot of height
  42. -pray for decent RNG with Lizalfos and Wizzrobe, they’re not that hard to dodge as long as the wizzrobe doesn’t shock the water
  43. = TRY TO AVOID THE WIZZROBE IF POSSIBLE
  44. -you can do 3 jumps, climb a little, and do a last jump
  45. =will completely deplete stamina, but you need to go up as fast as possible to avoid death
  46. -glide back to horse
  47.
  48.
  49. THIRD TOWER – TABANTHA
  50. - follow pathway to bridge (you can go across the Seres Scablands, but I’m not convinced it’s any faster)
  51. -make a quick stop at Tabantha Bridge Stable to cook
  52. [[=cook stamella shrooms to preference - 2 is usually enough for whatever you need, even 1 works]]
  53. [[there are 3 more spicy peppers here if you want them]]
  54. [[-cook at least one spicy pepper for cold resistance
  55.  this will negate the need for healing items for the upcoming Hebra Tower]]
  56. [[=while at the Tabantha Bridge Stable, you can pick up the Soldier’s Broadsword for protection]]
  57. -cross Tabantha Great Bridge, have fun with this, I hate crossing bridges on horses
  58. -avoid the aerial guardians if possible, they are extremely dangerous as they are very, very difficult to dodge
  59. -follow pathway until you are just slightly north of the pathway that is directly east of Tabantha Tower (this is west of a windmill – the ones in the canyon – and is right when the hill starts to slope up again)
  60. -climb up the hills to the tower, take care to avoid the moblin camp on your way up
  61. -get to the west side of the tower once you get up, climb up the pillar on this side to see the eye
  62. -shoot eye, climb up pillar that drops against the tower
  63. -jump and climb up the tower
  64. -glide back to horse
  65.
  66.
  67. FOURTH TOWER - HEBRA
  68. -follow the path north, across Kolami Bridge
  69. -watch out for the Stone Talus on the pathway here!
  70. -make a U-turn and follow the east pathway into the Tabantha Hills as soon as possible
  71. NOTE: THIS SECTION IS COLD, AND YOU WILL LOSE HEALTH. YOU CAN GET BY WITH 3.5 HEARTS, POSSIBLY LESS, OF HEALING, BUT TAKING 5 HEARTS OF HEALING IS A GOOD IDEA IF YOU DIDN’T COOK COLD RESISTANCE PEPPERS
  72. -follow the pathway to the Hebra Tower, watch out for falling boulders where the path runs by the cliffs on the west (!)
  73. -jump off horse when close to Hebra Tower
  74. -you will see ice pillars around the base of the tower
  75. -you can perform a jump, followed by a shield surfing jump boost, to climb over these
  76. =this may take a couple of tries, but it is very possible at several places
  77. -climb up tower, you can jump from platform to platform
  78.
  79.
  80. FIFTH TOWER – LAKE HYLIA
  81. -teleport back to Oman Au shrine
  82. -jump off the cliffs and get a horse just like in any% again
  83. -ride horse to the Lake Tower base, climb up to Tower
  84. -jump up tower platforms
  85. -glide back to horse
  86.
  87. SIXTH TOWER - FARON
  88. -follow the pathway through the Pagos woods
  89. -continue following pathway through Sarjon woods (parallel to floria river)
  90. -park your horse on the pathway just south-east of the Faron Tower
  91. = you should be able to see some ruins across the river from here
  92. -glide across the river
  93. NOTE: THIS WILL WORK IN THE RAIN AS WELL
  94. -climb up the ruins, then up the wall
  95. -you will see several rock slabs on the ground around the base of the tower
  96. =stasis the slab nearest the tower, to the south-west  this will expose an updraft
  97. =use the updraft to gain some height, glide to tower
  98. -climb up tower (you might need stamina-restoration food here. It’s not required, but you might need it)
  99. -glide back to horse
  100.
  101. SEVENTH TOWER - HATENO
  102. -follow pathway across Floria bridge, through Ebara forest, into Atun Valley
  103. -take the path that goes left and up at the end of Atun Valley
  104. -once you get to Keya Pond, make sure you go left and follow the pond to the end
  105. -go down the mountain to the main pathway and turn left
  106. -follow the pathway to the Hateno Tower
  107. -park horse east of the tower
  108. -climb up and around the spiky vines
  109. =you can consider using a stamina item to speed this up, not necessary tho
  110. -glide back to horse
  111.
  112.
  113. EIGHTH TOWER – DUELING PEAKS
  114. -follow the pathway north of Hateno Tower, around the Cliffs of Quince
  115. -after you pass through the Fort Hateno gate, just cut across the Blatchery Plain
  116. =there are some healing items and weapons at the Dueling Peaks stable if you feel the need
  117. -cross the Big Twin Bridge, follow the path
  118. -park horse south of the Dueling Peaks Tower, cross the river however you want
  119. -you can easily jump up this tower
  120. -glide back to horse
  121.
  122.
  123. NINTH TOWER - LANAYRU
  124. -ride back to the Dueling Peaks Stable
  125. -from the stable, ride north to Kakariko Village
  126. -go through Kakariko and out west
  127. -go down the hill, north-west of Kakariko, to the Lanayru Wetlands
  128. -go through the wetlands (you can grab another horse here if you need/want one)
  129. -use the floating Lizalfos-occupied structure (connected to Mercay Island) to cross the river
  130. -watch the STUPID cutscene (I don’t know if you can skip this on your horse)
  131. -park your horse at the path’s junction, then cross the river with cryonis
  132. -getting up to this tower is fairly risky
  133. -avoid the bokoblins and especially the elemental arrows!
  134. -just climb up and use whistle sprinting to help
  135. -jump up the tower, ezpz
  136. -glide back to your horse
  137.
  138.
  139. TENTH TOWER - AKKALA
  140. -take the left path and proceed north
  141. -when you reach the next junction, take the path to the right
  142. -take the left path at the next junction
  143. -take a right up a small set of stairs (this is small and easy to miss, but it goes to the Akkala Tower)
  144. [[-you have 2 options now, depending on weather:
  145. =if it is raining, which it seems to do a lot here, climb up the stairs
  146.  You will have to use the metal boxes to block the flying guardians from killing you
  147.  After you get past the second guardian, you should be able to climb up the walls
  148. =if not raining, just climb straight up
  149. =kill the STUPID BOKOBLIN WITH THE SPEAR FASDLKFJASFHASEIOFHA]]
  150. -once at the tower base, make your way to the north part of the tower

  153. -climb up the arch and jump to the tower
  154. -you can jump up this tower easily
  155. -glide off the tower in the direction of the Eldin Tower
  156.
  157.
  158. ELEVENTH TOWER - ELDIN
  159. -you will have to drop down to recharge stamina, even with stamina restoration food (if you even have any)
  160. =there is a tall hill east of the Sah Dahaj Shrine, across the water, that works well for the first stop
  161. -glide over the Sah Dahaj Shrine, past the enemy outpost, and land on the tall hill just past the outpost
  162. -glide to the archway that has the Guardian Stalker under it
  163. =pray that the guardian doesn’t see you
  164. -from the archway, look to the left to a rock with a Korok race platform on it
  165. -glide over and climb up to the top of this rock
  166. -look in the direction of the tower
  167. -glide to this wall and climb up, it’s pretty easy from here
  168. =this is another good place to use a stamina food, if you have one, as it speeds it up considerably
  169. =whistle sprinting on the walls when possible helps IMMENSELY at this part
  170. -once you get to the Eldin tower, either climb up from the base, or climb up a ledge nearby
  171. =recommend the ledge, as it is faster
  172. -jump to the top of the tower
  173.
  174.
  175. 12th TOWER - WOODLAND
  176. NOTE: BE VERY CAREFUL ON THE NEXT PART, IF YOU GET TOO FAR INTO DEATH MOUNTAIN, YOU WILL SET ON FIRE AND DIE VERY FAST
  177. -glide from the tower and make a slight arc around the outer edges of Eldin Canyon
  178. =you can tell when you need to arc a bit more from when you set on fire OpieOP
  179. -continue gliding around Eldin Canyon, heading west towards the Woodland Tower
  180. =this is the tower with the swamp
  181. -this is hard to describe now: draw a line east of the Woodland Tower for 5 map squares (fully zoomed in, the squares that are made up of the 16 smaller ones), then north 2 map squares
  182. =there is a mountain here that you can use to glide nearly to the top of the Woodland Tower
  183. =glide from here to one of the top platforms
  184. ***backup if you fail the gliding strat or forget or idk***
  185. [[[[-glide to the platforms that you would use in the “intended” route for this tower
  186. -instead of going across the platforms and fighting the monsters, cryonis your way to a half-submerged platform
  187. -shoot the octorock (trust me, you need to shoot this one, he will wreck you)
  188. -from here, cryonis over to the submerged skull
  189. -climb up the tower from here
  190. =you will have to recharge your stamina on top of the skull (small distance up the tower)]]]]
  191. ***backup done***
  192. -jump and climb the rest of the way up the tower
  193.
  194.
  195. 13th TOWER – WASTELAND
  196. -teleport to cryonis trial shrine (Keh Namut)
  197. -glide across Gerudo Canyon Pass to the area just east of the land bridge that extends over the canyon pathway
  198. =this land bridge is also slightly north of the [shrine]
  199. -cross the land bridge and climb up the wall that the wooden walkway is on
  200. =whistle sprint running on the walls makes this much faster again
  201. -once up, run past the Fire Wizzrobe, staying to its right
  202. =if you whistle sprint here, it will probably notice you, so do it at your own risk
  203. -climb and sprint up the slope in the direction of the Wasteland Tower until you get to the flat plain area with the large tree
  204. =you can see the top of the tower easily now
  205. =there are coyotes up here, so be careful of them
  206. -climb up the wall directly in front of you, where you can see several ledges
  207. -whistle sprint and jump up the wall to the base of the tower
  208. -once at the base, create cryonis pillars across the mire to the stone slab
  209. -climb up the stone slab
  210. -jump up the tower
  211.
  212.
  213. 14th (FINAL) TOWER - GERUDO
  214. -face in the direction of the Gerudo Canyon Stable
  215. =you should see a plateau right behind the stable
  216. -glide to the flat area next to the plateau
  217. =you can’t make it to the plateau before running out of stamina
  218. -run in the direction of the Dako Tah Shrine, making sure to stay on the land bridge that extends west (the lower one)
  219. NOTE: YOU MAY NEED FOOD FOR THE HEAT HERE (TO HEAL)
  220. THERE IS A SANDSTORM FOR A WHILE NOW, YOU’D BETTER KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING LUL
  221. =feel free to complete the shrine to clear the sandstorm Keepo
  222. -glide from the end of this land bridge to the Dako Tah Shrine area
  223. -climb up the wall here, and glide to the Great Cliffs land bridge that is diagonally northwest-southeast
  224. -follow this land bridge north to wall, and climb up the wall
  225. -there is a split in the pathway here: the left and the right
  226. =the left path has a bunch of monsters with fire arrows, very dangerous, don’t go here
  227. =the right path is where you want to go
  228. -follow the right branch, and climb up the cliffs (will require whistle sprinting to recharge stamina)
  229. -take a right turn at the top (watch out for the electric lizalfos!), and climb up the cliffs here
  230. -continue straight at the top, and climb up the cliffs
  231. -take a left and climb in the direction of the Birida Lookout
  232. -run straight to the little wooden shelter and platform extending out from the cliff face
  233. -glide to the tower
  234. CONGRATULATIONS! YOU’RE DONE!!
  235. Addendum: I don’t know if the goal here is just to complete all the towers, or if it would be required to defeat Ganon afterwards. I hope you don’t have to kill him, that would just be pointless for this run. I personally consider this run complete with the activation of the last tower (the final A press to activate the tower when you first get up to the top).
  236.
  237. Another Addendum: this is very bad, I have never done a route before. Please don’t hate me. BibleThump NotLikeThis BibleThump
  238.
  239. 3rd Addendum: Please improve this. It is very, very bad.
