- ALL TOWERS (LUL)
- ** a few notes about slight deviations -> collect mushrooms and apples as possible (you will almost certainly need healing items, especially if you choose not to cook any spicy peppers), you might want to grab the sledgehammer from the stasis trial
- **Please suggest many improvements.
- **Brackets [[]] indicate options/optional stuff.
- -any% route for Great Plateau up until the Temple of Time
- = also do not get rid of the woodcutter’s axe, you will need it later
- -get the stamina upgrade
- -go to King’s cutscene
- [[-glide from the roof of the Temple to the bokoblin camp near the Old Man’s shack
- -grab the shield from there
- -run to the Old Man’s shack]]
- Or
- [[-glide to the Old Man’s shack if you don’t feel like you’ll need another shield]]
- -collect 6 stamella shrooms from inside and around the exterior of the shack, and the rock outcropping nearby
- -get the WARM DOUBLET from the chest in the shack!
- =stamina food can help later, it’s mostly for safety and speed
- -also grab the 2 spicy peppers to cook later
- -also grab the pot lid for an extra shield
- =you seriously need to make sure you have shields for this run
- [[ For yet another shield, grab the shield from the bokoblin camp when going from the Plateau Tower to the Oman Au shrine earlier
- =taking the pitchfork from this area isn’t an awful idea, totally optional tho, it helps with stalfos]]
- FIRST TOWER – CENTRAL HYRULE
- -teleport to Oman Au shrine, grab the herbs, jump off cliff and get a horse
- -travel as if you were going to Hyrule Castle
- -don’t go to the castle obv, jump off horse on pathway near the Central tower and run to tower
- -can jump from platform to platform and recharge stamina each time, avoid the guardians
- -glide to horse
- SECOND TOWER – RIDGELANDS
- -2 options here (badly timed): = follow pathway over Carok Bridge, through Breach of Demise, then turn horse after Breach of Demise and go up the hill (with Ludfo’s Bog to the west) to the tower (3:15)
- OR
- = follow path until directly south of Mount Gustaf, go across land bridge west of Gustaf (spikes, Moblins with fire arrows) on foot, climb up to West Hyrule Plains, tame a horse, then go up hill to tower like the other strat (not timed yet because guardians are super annoying and I hate catching horses while Link is naked, too hard OpieOP)
- -once at Ridgeland Tower base, park horse at the south-west part of the lake
- -----This tower is HARD. It might take a couple of tries to get this, and climbing up you will have to push your stamina to the limit to avoid death. You should probably save before you go across the lake
- -create 3 ice pillars with cryonis in the lake
- -jump across pillars
- -either jump off 3rd pillar and swim (risky), or make another 1-2 pillars and quickly jump (easier)
- =recommend spamming the glider button after you jump, otherwise you go into the STUPID dive animation and lose a lot of height
- -pray for decent RNG with Lizalfos and Wizzrobe, they’re not that hard to dodge as long as the wizzrobe doesn’t shock the water
- = TRY TO AVOID THE WIZZROBE IF POSSIBLE
- -you can do 3 jumps, climb a little, and do a last jump
- =will completely deplete stamina, but you need to go up as fast as possible to avoid death
- -glide back to horse
- THIRD TOWER – TABANTHA
- - follow pathway to bridge (you can go across the Seres Scablands, but I’m not convinced it’s any faster)
- -make a quick stop at Tabantha Bridge Stable to cook
- [[=cook stamella shrooms to preference - 2 is usually enough for whatever you need, even 1 works]]
- [[there are 3 more spicy peppers here if you want them]]
- [[-cook at least one spicy pepper for cold resistance
- this will negate the need for healing items for the upcoming Hebra Tower]]
- [[=while at the Tabantha Bridge Stable, you can pick up the Soldier’s Broadsword for protection]]
- -cross Tabantha Great Bridge, have fun with this, I hate crossing bridges on horses
- -avoid the aerial guardians if possible, they are extremely dangerous as they are very, very difficult to dodge
- -follow pathway until you are just slightly north of the pathway that is directly east of Tabantha Tower (this is west of a windmill – the ones in the canyon – and is right when the hill starts to slope up again)
- -climb up the hills to the tower, take care to avoid the moblin camp on your way up
- -get to the west side of the tower once you get up, climb up the pillar on this side to see the eye
- -shoot eye, climb up pillar that drops against the tower
- -jump and climb up the tower
- -glide back to horse
- FOURTH TOWER - HEBRA
- -follow the path north, across Kolami Bridge
- -watch out for the Stone Talus on the pathway here!
- -make a U-turn and follow the east pathway into the Tabantha Hills as soon as possible
- NOTE: THIS SECTION IS COLD, AND YOU WILL LOSE HEALTH. YOU CAN GET BY WITH 3.5 HEARTS, POSSIBLY LESS, OF HEALING, BUT TAKING 5 HEARTS OF HEALING IS A GOOD IDEA IF YOU DIDN’T COOK COLD RESISTANCE PEPPERS
- -follow the pathway to the Hebra Tower, watch out for falling boulders where the path runs by the cliffs on the west (!)
- -jump off horse when close to Hebra Tower
- -you will see ice pillars around the base of the tower
- -you can perform a jump, followed by a shield surfing jump boost, to climb over these

- FIFTH TOWER – LAKE HYLIA
- -teleport back to Oman Au shrine

- -jump up tower platforms
- -glide back to horse
- SIXTH TOWER - FARON
- -follow the pathway through the Pagos woods
- -continue following pathway through Sarjon woods (parallel to floria river)
- -park your horse on the pathway just south-east of the Faron Tower
- = you should be able to see some ruins across the river from here
- -glide across the river
- NOTE: THIS WILL WORK IN THE RAIN AS WELL
- -climb up the ruins, then up the wall
- -you will see several rock slabs on the ground around the base of the tower
- =stasis the slab nearest the tower, to the south-west this will expose an updraft
- =use the updraft to gain some height, glide to tower
- -climb up tower (you might need stamina-restoration food here. It’s not required, but you might need it)
- -glide back to horse
- SEVENTH TOWER - HATENO
- -follow pathway across Floria bridge, through Ebara forest, into Atun Valley
- -take the path that goes left and up at the end of Atun Valley
- -once you get to Keya Pond, make sure you go left and follow the pond to the end
- -go down the mountain to the main pathway and turn left
- -follow the pathway to the Hateno Tower
- -park horse east of the tower
- -climb up and around the spiky vines
- =you can consider using a stamina item to speed this up, not necessary tho
- -glide back to horse
- EIGHTH TOWER – DUELING PEAKS
- -follow the pathway north of Hateno Tower, around the Cliffs of Quince
- -after you pass through the Fort Hateno gate, just cut across the Blatchery Plain
- =there are some healing items and weapons at the Dueling Peaks stable if you feel the need
- -cross the Big Twin Bridge, follow the path
- -park horse south of the Dueling Peaks Tower, cross the river however you want
- -you can easily jump up this tower
- -glide back to horse
- NINTH TOWER - LANAYRU
- -ride back to the Dueling Peaks Stable
- -from the stable, ride north to Kakariko Village
- -go through Kakariko and out west
- -go down the hill, north-west of Kakariko, to the Lanayru Wetlands
- -go through the wetlands (you can grab another horse here if you need/want one)
- -use the floating Lizalfos-occupied structure (connected to Mercay Island) to cross the river
- -watch the STUPID cutscene (I don’t know if you can skip this on your horse)
- -park your horse at the path’s junction, then cross the river with cryonis
- -getting up to this tower is fairly risky
- -avoid the bokoblins and especially the elemental arrows!
- -just climb up and use whistle sprinting to help
- -jump up the tower, ezpz
- -glide back to your horse
- TENTH TOWER - AKKALA
- -take the left path and proceed north
- -when you reach the next junction, take the path to the right
- -take the left path at the next junction
- -take a right up a small set of stairs (this is small and easy to miss, but it goes to the Akkala Tower)
- [[-you have 2 options now, depending on weather:
- =if it is raining, which it seems to do a lot here, climb up the stairs
- You will have to use the metal boxes to block the flying guardians from killing you
- After you get past the second guardian, you should be able to climb up the walls
- =if not raining, just climb straight up
- =kill the STUPID BOKOBLIN WITH THE SPEAR FASDLKFJASFHASEIOFHA]]
- -once at the tower base, make your way to the north part of the tower
- -you should be at the place where you can see the eye
- -jump across the goop and climb up the ruins
- -climb up the arch and jump to the tower
- -you can jump up this tower easily
- -glide off the tower in the direction of the Eldin Tower
- ELEVENTH TOWER - ELDIN
- -you will have to drop down to recharge stamina, even with stamina restoration food (if you even have any)
- =there is a tall hill east of the Sah Dahaj Shrine, across the water, that works well for the first stop
- -glide over the Sah Dahaj Shrine, past the enemy outpost, and land on the tall hill just past the outpost
- -glide to the archway that has the Guardian Stalker under it
- =pray that the guardian doesn’t see you
- -from the archway, look to the left to a rock with a Korok race platform on it
- -glide over and climb up to the top of this rock
- -look in the direction of the tower
- -glide to this wall and climb up, it’s pretty easy from here
- =this is another good place to use a stamina food, if you have one, as it speeds it up considerably
- =whistle sprinting on the walls when possible helps IMMENSELY at this part
- -once you get to the Eldin tower, either climb up from the base, or climb up a ledge nearby
- =recommend the ledge, as it is faster
- -jump to the top of the tower
- 12th TOWER - WOODLAND
- NOTE: BE VERY CAREFUL ON THE NEXT PART, IF YOU GET TOO FAR INTO DEATH MOUNTAIN, YOU WILL SET ON FIRE AND DIE VERY FAST
- -glide from the tower and make a slight arc around the outer edges of Eldin Canyon
- =you can tell when you need to arc a bit more from when you set on fire OpieOP
- -continue gliding around Eldin Canyon, heading west towards the Woodland Tower
- =this is the tower with the swamp
- -this is hard to describe now: draw a line east of the Woodland Tower for 5 map squares (fully zoomed in, the squares that are made up of the 16 smaller ones), then north 2 map squares
- =there is a mountain here that you can use to glide nearly to the top of the Woodland Tower
- =glide from here to one of the top platforms
- ***backup if you fail the gliding strat or forget or idk***
- [[[[-glide to the platforms that you would use in the “intended” route for this tower
- -instead of going across the platforms and fighting the monsters, cryonis your way to a half-submerged platform
- -shoot the octorock (trust me, you need to shoot this one, he will wreck you)
- -from here, cryonis over to the submerged skull
- -climb up the tower from here
- =you will have to recharge your stamina on top of the skull (small distance up the tower)]]]]
- ***backup done***
- -jump and climb the rest of the way up the tower
- 13th TOWER – WASTELAND

- =this land bridge is also slightly north of the [shrine]
- -cross the land bridge and climb up the wall that the wooden walkway is on
- =whistle sprint running on the walls makes this much faster again
- -once up, run past the Fire Wizzrobe, staying to its right
- =if you whistle sprint here, it will probably notice you, so do it at your own risk
- -climb and sprint up the slope in the direction of the Wasteland Tower until you get to the flat plain area with the large tree
- =you can see the top of the tower easily now
- =there are coyotes up here, so be careful of them

- THERE IS A SANDSTORM FOR A WHILE NOW, YOU’D BETTER KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING LUL
- =feel free to complete the shrine to clear the sandstorm Keepo
- -glide from the end of this land bridge to the Dako Tah Shrine area
- -climb up the wall here, and glide to the Great Cliffs land bridge that is diagonally northwest-southeast
- -follow this land bridge north to wall, and climb up the wall
- -there is a split in the pathway here: the left and the right
- =the left path has a bunch of monsters with fire arrows, very dangerous, don’t go here
- =the right path is where you want to go
- -follow the right branch, and climb up the cliffs (will require whistle sprinting to recharge stamina)
- -take a right turn at the top (watch out for the electric lizalfos!), and climb up the cliffs here
- -continue straight at the top, and climb up the cliffs
- -take a left and climb in the direction of the Birida Lookout
- -run straight to the little wooden shelter and platform extending out from the cliff face
- -glide to the tower
- CONGRATULATIONS! YOU’RE DONE!!
- Addendum: I don’t know if the goal here is just to complete all the towers, or if it would be required to defeat Ganon afterwards. I hope you don’t have to kill him, that would just be pointless for this run. I personally consider this run complete with the activation of the last tower (the final A press to activate the tower when you first get up to the top).
- Another Addendum: this is very bad, I have never done a route before. Please don’t hate me. BibleThump NotLikeThis BibleThump
- 3rd Addendum: Please improve this. It is very, very bad.
